Isabella was completely hysterical, spiraling into total madness.
She screamed as if volume alone could solidify her identity, as if sheer force of will could prove she was still the untouchable Lancaster heiress.
But in the face of her deranged outburst.
Serena's expression remained entirely unfazed.
She simply lifted her eyes lazily, her voice paper-thin and chillingly cold. "Are you?"
Two simple words were all it took to utterly demolish Isabella's manic defense.
Isabella choked, the last traces of color draining from her face as her eyes grew even more bloodshot.
Serena's expression was glacial, her demeanor effortlessly dominant. The corner of her mouth ticked up into a deeply sarcastic smirk. "Are you under some kind of delusion?"
"A piece of trash that was officially disowned and tossed out onto the street actually thinks she has the right to carry the Lancaster name?"
She let out a harsh scoff, even more mocking. "The Lancaster family raised you for twenty years. If you had just behaved like a loyal dog, we wouldn't have minded throwing you a bone."
"But honestly, calling you a dog is an insult to the animal. I've never seen such an ungrateful stray."
Isabella's body convulsed with violent tremors. She bit her lip, trembling uncontrollably.
Every word Serena spoke hit like a physical blow, methodically shattering the last remnants of her psychological defenses.
"Do you need me to refresh your memory?"
Serena arched a brow, her tone dripping with absolute mockery. "Should I remind you how you kneeled outside the Lancaster gates, sobbing and begging my parents to take you in?"
"No! It wasn't like that! That's not true!" Isabella's eyes went wide, locking onto Serena as she shook her head frantically.
"Everything you're wearing right now—every single accessory—did you get any of it without wagging your tail and begging for scraps?" Serena's gaze shifted, landing squarely on Bianca. She offered a mocking smile. "Isn't that right, Ms. Doyle?"
"How does it feel hanging around the daughter of a felon all day, letting her use you as her personal attack dog? Enjoying it?"
Bianca was blinded by rage, dealing vicious, rapid-fire slaps across Isabella's face. "How dare you lie to me!"
She knew Isabella had been thrown out of the Lancaster family. She knew Isabella wasn't biologically theirs.
But she had never imagined.
Isabella was the daughter of a maid—a maid who was locked up in prison!
Having this exposed in front of the entire island was a massive, humiliating slap in the face to Bianca, who had been acting as Isabella's primary shield and weapon this entire time.
The more Bianca thought about it, the more furious she became, striking Isabella with even more force.
Isabella's face swelled with angry red welts, blood leaking from her nose and mouth. "Bianca, please, let me explain! This is all Serena's—"
"Shut up!" Another brutal slap cut her off. "Do you think you have the right to speak my name?"
Bianca shoved her violently to the deck, snapping her head back to scream at the bodyguards standing behind her. "Are you blind? Throw this piece of trash off! Don't let her infect our Doyle family ship!"
