Messing With Her? Are You Crazy! novel Chapter 989

A psycho.

A complete and utter psycho.

This man was mentally deranged beyond salvation.

A flash of disgust crossed Serena's eyes.

"The same kind?"

She scoffed coldly. "You're not worthy."

She dropped his ruined arm, watching it flop onto the concrete at a grotesque angle.

Twirling the knife in her hand, she looked down at him. "Since you love pain so much, I'll indulge you."

The moment the words left her mouth.

She plunged the knife directly into his leg.

She placed her boot over the handle and slowly ground it downward.

"Aaagh! Aaaaagh!"

Sebastian unleashed a feral shriek.

Cold sweat mixed with tears and snot, turning his face into a horrific mess.

His legs...

She was severing his tendons!

She was crippling him permanently!

As the realization hit him.

Sebastian's laughter grew even more unhinged. "This is exactly what I wanted to break... Hahaha, this is the perfection I wanted to destroy! Serena, you are my flawless prey! My prey!"

"Aaagh!"

Finally.

The pain exceeded his body's limits, and he blacked out.

His manic laughter was abruptly cut off.

The sound of his deranged cackling had left Lydia genuinely traumatized.

She had never witnessed such a repulsive monster. He was covered in his own blood, utterly broken.

And yet he was still laughing.

He still dared to obsess over her Captain?

Serena walked over and sliced through the ropes binding Lydia, then pulled the gag from her mouth.

"Can you walk?" she asked.

Lydia nodded through her tears. "Yes, I can..."

"We have time."

Serena glanced at the unconscious Sebastian.

Turning away, she pushed her red motorcycle past the sea of groaning thugs, walking out of the factory with Lydia by her side.

The morning sun was already high in the sky.

Its rays were blinding.

Lydia sniffled, looking up at the bright light.

She was actually alive to see the sun again.

It felt amazing.

Wait...

The sun?

If the sun was already this high.

What time was it?

"Captain, the tournament starts in twenty minutes!"

Lydia calculated the time based on the sunlight.

Her voice trembled, suddenly feeling a despair worse than when she was facing Sebastian. "It takes at least an hour to drive from here to the stadium. Even if we leave right now... we're already late!"
