Dr. Hansen was over the moon. "Thank you so much, Josefina."

"No worries, Dr. Hansen. I've got some things to take care of, so I'll head out now."

"I'd love to treat you to a meal, but since you've got stuff to do, let's plan for another day."

Josefina gave a friendly nod, smiling as she left with Oliver.

Dr. Hansen turned back to Willow with a frosty look, "Didn't Dr. Lee tell you? I'm calling the shots here, and my word is final. You've gone and upset Josefina!"

Stunned, Willow mumbled, "Dr. Hansen, she's just an ordinary girl..."

"An ordinary girl? And what about you?" Dr. Hansen retorted.

Willow was left speechless.

Dr. Hansen gave Dr. Lee a nod and strode off.

Dr. Lee shook his head, "Willow, with how you're handling things, this department isn't the right fit for you. Maybe it's best you head back to where you belong."

Willow was dumbfounded.

"Don't worry about her background. You should be thinking about whether you can still be here."
