Closing my eyes, I allowed the feeling he was giving me to take hold, as I could feel the temperature of my body instantly beginning to rise. My heart began to flutter, as his warm breath continued to tickle the

sensitive flesh on my neck, sending heat now straight to my core.

There was no denying my attraction to Cash, as I felt it from the first moment we were alone at the waterhole, but I had been trying to avoid it, since I had made a commitment to his brother. Cash, on the other hand, had been trying every chance he had to show his affection towards me, and looking back, he

had been there for me just as much as Chance had been, but in his own way.

The two brothers were like night and day, as Cash was the more sensitive one out of the two, always trying to mask his vulnerability behind his sense of humor. But I could see through the mask and could see how

much it pained him seeing me with his brother, and I now knew why.

If the two of them were to share me as their mate, denying his affection for me was probably killing him,

knowing that I had accepted his brother but not him. On the other hand, the two of them never came out telling me about this thing their family had going on, which no normal person would get. If I was being

honest, I was a bit intrigued about it, especially with the way his touch was making me feel right now.

His warm breath drew closer to my neck, and I felt his lips graze gently across my flesh, sending a burst of

what felt like electricity throughout my body, as my body began to feel weightless in his arms. His touch

felt so similar to his brother’s, but so different at the same time, making my head spin out of control, as I

didn’t know if I should be allowing myself to relish the way he was making me feel.

A part of me felt dirty from finding pleasure in his embrace, while another part of me yearned for more,

making me feel conflicted about allowing this to go any further. But as that thought ran through my mind,

his tongue began to glide over my collar bone, making a moan inadvertently slip from my lips, as it was clear that my body was finding immense pleasure from his touch.

His hand that laid flat on my abdomen pulled my body even tighter into his, as his lips began to leave a trail of butterfly kisses down my exposed shoulder, while more heat poured into my core, igniting a fire

inside of me. But just as that fire ignited, Speed Demon grabbed the carrot from my hand, making me open my eyes, pulling me from the lustful moment with Cash.

Pulling away from him, I say under my breath, “I don’t know if I can do this.” As realization sets in, that this

isn’t normal.

“Do what?” He asks me, as he tries to take my hand in his, with a hunger in his eyes for me that I have

never seen before in them.

Pulling my hand away from him, I took another step back, as I felt like I needed to let him know that I knew

about his family, and that I wasn’t sure if I could give him and Chance what they desired from me.

“Mazie told me about yours and Chance’s intentions with me.”

Cash’s eyebrows furrowed as he stared at me, confused by my confession, as he asked, “Intentions?”

Embarrassinent washed over my face, as my cheeks began to redden, knowing that I was going to have to speak out loud about it, but it was just the two of us. Knowing that I had already opened Pandora’s box, I found the courage within me to say to him, “That you and Chance plan on sharing me.”

“Mazie told you this? What else did she tell you?” He now asks with a look of curiosity on his face.

“Nothing really, just that your family is different and that the twin brothers or, in your case, triplet brothers

share the same mate.” I paused for a moment watching his facial response, but he didn’t show one sign of

being shocked by this, making me ask him, “Is this true?”

Cash took a step towards me, raising his hand to my face, removing à strand of my hair that had fallen on

it, tucking it behind my ear, before he said to me, “Yes, it is true, but I will not force you into something you

aren’t willing to be a part of. If it is my brother that you want and not me, I will accept that, as long as you

aren’t denying your true feelings towards me.”

I stared at him with widened eyes, realizing that it was all true, and that he wasn’t going to stop his pursuit

of me as long as I had feelings towards him, which he could obviously sense.

Seeing my apprehension, Cash now says to me, “Listen, I know this is not normal by no means to you, and

that it may be hard for you to accept, but I am just asking you to consider it. Give me the same

opportunity that you gave Chance, and I promise you if you don’t want this, I will walk away.”

If I am honest, at my old school there were two boys that struck my interest, but I had never imagined

dating them both at the same time. This puts a whole new meaning to having your cake and eating it too,

and I honestly didn’t know how to respond to what he was asking of me. I mean sure what girl wouldn’t

want to have two hot guys by her side, but the problem was, could I really go through with it?

My heart at that moment began to feel like it was aching in my chest, especially when Cash leaned down, touching his nose to mine, as he whispered to me, “Just follow your heart and give me a chance, and I will

show you how amazing your life can be with both of us.”

Closing my eyes, I thought about what he had just said, and if I truly was to follow my heart, then there

was no doubt in my mind that I needed him too. This was crazy, and I honestly didn’t know how this was

going to work, but I now felt like I owed it to him to give it a chance.

Opening my eyes, I stared into his eyes for a second, before I gave into my heart just like he asked me to

do, as my lips crashed against his lips, giving into the desire I had been holding back all this time towards

him.
