Chapter 109-2

Her words were giving me hope that she was coming around, but as she took a step cautiously towards me, lowering herself to the ground before me, I couldn’t help but want to jump for joy, knowing that she was getting over her fear of my appearance.

I continued to lay there, barely batting an eyelash, as I was too afraid that any sudden movement with her this close to me would set her back on the progress she was making towards me.

Looking me dead in the eyes, she says just above a whisper, as if she too is scared to frighten me, “Please don’t make me regret this.”

I had to wonder what she was talking about, but it didn’t take long before she slowly moved her hand towards me, closing her eyes, right before the tips of her finger softly grazed across the top of my fur barely touching it. Once again, I didn’t dare to move, causing Raven to slowly open one of her eyes to peak at me, while a subtle sigh of relief came from her lips, before she opened her other eye up, tilting her head completely now to the side.

A soft smile now forms on her lips, before she says, “You’re just a big teddy bear.”

Instantly, I could hear Chase in my head laughing at her reference, and I quickly blocked him out, because right now I couldn’t lose my temper, especially in my wolf’s form, because I knew that I would definitely lose Raven then. But my wolf could give two shits about how my brother reacted to Raven’s words, as he was just happy right at this moment that she was this close to him. So happy that he forgot to remain still and rolled over like a damn dog onto his back, giving her now his belly to be petted.

Raven at first retracted her hand, but once she realized what my wolf was doing, she let out a giggle, before she said, “Someone wants a belly rub.”

Before I knew what was happening, I was getting the ultimate rub down by our mate, and my wolf, to say the least, was in utter and complete heaven having our mate this close and loving towards us. All my previous fears of her not accepting my wolf were now out the window, as it was clear that she had overcome her fears of my

wolf.

Cash moved in once again, nudging up against her, as I could sense a streak of jealousy that I was getting all the attention, making Raven let out another giggle before she began to love up on him top. Our father’s idea had worked, and Raven clearly was accepting our wolves, but the thing was, eventually, we would have to come clean with who we truly were to her.

But for now, I wanted to take this time with her, and let her form a connection to our wolves, as they were just as much a part of this bond that we shared with her. Fully accepting us as her mates would entitle her to fully accept all of us, and that included our wolves.

Plus, this was her world too, and there was hopefully a chance that we would be able to bring her walf forward, allowing her to claim her rightful place in our pack as our Alpha female Luna, making us even stronger than what I could have hoped for.

More giggles escape from Raven’s lips at that moment, drawing my attention back to her, as Cash now licked the side of her face, slaying her with his massive wolf’s tongue, leaving a trail of saliva all the way up the side of her face. This was going so much better than had ever dreamt it could, and it was crazy that all three of us were a part of it.

I mean, I dreamt that Chase would come to his senses and would unite with us as one, just like we were bom to do to rule this pack and these lands, but I honestly never thought I would see the day

Turning my head to look back in the direction where he was standing blocking the horses, I realized quickly that he was no longer here with us, and that dream I had of us all being together as one slowly began to dwindle away, as he obviously made a run for it the first chance he had. I should have known this was all too good to be true, but after seeing his wolf with Raven, I had a funny feeling that Chase was at war with his wolf, as it was clear that the two of them wanted totally different things.

He could run all he wanted from his destiny, but believe in the end, his destiny would prevail, leading him straight back to all of us, where he was fated to be by our Moon Goddess.
