Moon Phased: The Triple Claim novel Chapter 215

Chapter 112-2

The land towards my uncle’s cabin was rocky and unstable, but thankfully, I had been running the full perimeter of our pack’s territory for the past two weeks. I had gotten to the point that I was becoming an expert at maneuvering its landscape with ease, and I knew that there was no way in hell that these rogues would be able to catch me once I began to ascend the side of the mountain. But until I reached there, I needed to run as if my life depended on h

My wolf only looked back a few times, making sure that they were all following me, but they were so spread out that I couldn’t be sure that they all had, but what I did know was that the majority of them did. If there were one or two that had stayed behind, then my peers were forewarned, and hopefully the elders that worked at the school would be able to handle them, minus Mrs. Jacobs, who was involved in the plan

for the attack

Honestly, I thought I was doing a good job staying ahead of the rogues, which I was, but once again! didn’t foresee what was coming. Another group of rogues appeared out of nowhere, making me almost run smack dab into them. My wolf came to a screeching halt, surrounded with nowhere to escape, as ! wondered how the hell I was going to escape this one.

At this point, I had to be at least a couple of miles away from the school, and the nearest house had to be acres away from where I stood. I was in the middle of what some would call B FE, with no one in sight or hearing range for me to call for help. My uncle’s place was still a few mountainsides away, and I knew there was no way in hell he would get to me in time, even if I sent a howl out for help.

The rogue wolves began to snap their lips together, as they bared their canines towards me. A series of growls now radiated from them, while they pretty much formed a complete circle around me. But as I began to slowly turn into a circle counting the number of opponents that I was now dealing with, I began to realize that not all the growls and snarls were meant for me.

Just like my brothers and me, it was now clear that the Alpha King’s heirs didn’t all see eye to eye, as it looked like they all wanted to reign supreme in their father’s eyes, even if that meant pinning themselves and their men against each other. Thankfully, that was one thing about my brothers and I, and that was when it came to the pack and family, none of us would ever go against each other, even if we didn’t see eye to eye, because we all had a sworn duty to protect the pack and our territory.

Seeing this, I realized that this was their weakness, and that this was my chance to call for back up, as it was apparent that I could easily pin these two groups against each other, long enough for help to reach me. But before I could call for help, one of the wolves in front of me leaped towards me, taking me straight to the ground before I could even react.

The group of rogue wolves that were with him instantly began to attack the group that had chased me from the school, while he held my wolf to the ground. I realized as he held me there that he wasn’t trying to attack me, but it seemed as if he was trying to keep me out of the way.

I thought about putting up a fight and freeing myself from his grasp, but I got a feeling that maybe this group of wolves weren’t actually the bad guys. Call it a hunch or whatever you want to call it, but it just seemed as if they were on my side.

Laying there on the ground beneath the rogue’s paws. I watched as, one by one, the rogues fell to the mercy of the new group, until there was only one single rogue wolf left from the group that had chased me. At that moment, the pressure from the weight of the rogue’s body shifted from on top of me, freeing

me from being held to the ground.

As I moved to get up, the rogue shifted into his human form, and to my surprise, this man looked very familiar, making me wonder if he could possibly be the man’s brother from last night at Mrs. Wilson’s house. It didn’t take long for me to confirm that he was, especially when he demanded with an Alpha’s authority for the rogue to shift, leaving me to realize that this rogue was not just a rogue, but one of the Rogue Alpha King’s heirs.
