Chapter 115-1
Raven’s POV
My bottom jaw hung low, as all the wolves had disappeared, and in their place stood men, all naked like the first two that I had seen. At first glance, I thought maybe I was going through a hormonal issue being surrounded by all these males now in my life, but I knew there was no rational explanation for what I was seeing.
My eyes began to scan the males‘ faces, trying to see if I could recognize any of them, and when my eyes finally landed on the one front and center that had his back initially turned towards me, a gasp slipped from my lips from the shock. There was no denying, even at this distance who I was staring at, as I had stared at a younger version of him times three, since I
had arrived here.
Evan had disappeared as soon as we arrived at the wolves‘ den, but here he was appearing out of nowhere, standing buck–ass naked in the middle of an opening at the foot of a mountain, with a group of naked ass men. I had heard of a lot of weird ass shit in my lifetime, about stupid shit men do for fun and sport, but I had never heard of them running in the woods naked. Plus, let’s face it, that doesn’t explain the fact that they were all a pack of wolves just a few seconds ago.
My mind at that moment began to race, and the thoughts that were running through my mind at that moment were so unbelievable that I couldn’t even believe that my mind was heading in that direction. However, where was it to head, because, like I said, nothing logical could even explain this.
So, I let my mind begin to wonder straight to the movies that Lexi, time after time, forced Jacob and I to watch with her about vampires and werewolves. I remember the one night that it had been Lexi’s turn to pick the movie, and Jacob and I both cringed, knowing exactly what kind of movie she was going to pick. Jacob nor I were big into horror film movies, as we were both big scaredy cats when it came to the gore.
Lucky for Jacob, he had fallen asleep shortly after the movie had started, forcing me to be the one that stayed up the entirety of it with Lexi. I remember after the movie had ended, Lexi turned to me and said, “They got them all wrong.“, before she proceeded to tell me that real werewolves are just a much larger version of a regular wolf, not these ten feet tall monsters that run around on a full moon on two feet.
Back then, I just rolled my eyes at her in the dark, thinking that she was way too into this sci–fi shit, and that it was going to eventually rot her brain, but now I wish I had paid a bit more attention to her and the crap she made me watch. But even if I had paid attention, there was no way in hell that was what was going on here, right?

I mean, it was all sci–fi crap, and none of it could even be true. It denied all the laws of physics, and there was no way humanly possible for such a thing to really happen. Plus, if it was true, then what the hell had I gotten myself into? But then again, it would explain what my mother and I both saw, and why my mother had run from here all those years ago.
Right now, I was beginning to believe that my mother had the right idea all those years ago, to leave this town and never look back. Honestly, it sounded pretty damn tempting, especially as my eyes remained looking at how many of them that there were. The only thing was where the hell was I to run to, when it clearly wasn’t safe to go back to the ranch, where Evan would just follow me.
My heart began to race at that moment, as I slowly started to feel the temperature in my body rise, while I began to feel lightheaded. I knew that it was the shock of what I was seeing that was doing this, but I also knew it was the fear of the unknown that was frightening me too. I mean if Evan really was a werewolf and so were all these men now standing naked in front of me, were the men in this whole damn town werewolves too?
