Moon Phased: The Triple Claim novel Chapter 452

Chapter 233-1

Chance’s POV

Raven’s emotions right now were all over the place, and I honestly couldn’t get a clear reading o them, but what I knew was this wasn’t what I wanted. I didn’t want the weight of this battle on h shoulders, especially after everything that she had been through, but Cash was right, we couldr stop this Alpha rogue without her power.

But as we began to march forward, trying to give her a better shot at hitting him, I could sense t the combination of her emotions and power was becoming too much for her to handle. Feeling her power now beginning to seep from her wolf, I stepped forward and let out a low growl, warn our warriors to get down, because I knew that Raven’s power was going to blow at any second.

Our warriors dove to the ground just in the nick of time, as a bolt of white light shot straight from Raven’s wolf on a direct path to the Alpha rogue. At first, I thought that it was going to be a direc hit, but just as my wolf and I were about to celebrate our mate’s success, the son of a bitch pulle my father’s wolf into the direct line of fire, shielding his own self from the power that could take

him down.

Seeing my father’s wolf fall, I began to see red as I let out one hell of a howl, calling all our warrior

back to battle, before my wolf took off in a frenzy. Lowering my head, my wolf plowed right

through the rogues like a damn plow truck, leaving an open path behind me for our warriors to

follow me.

As I continued to relentlessly push my way toward the center of it all, my eyes kept wandering to where my father’s wolf’s body lay unconscious on the ground, before they moved to see my uncle’s wolf clinging to the Alpha rogue’s back. By the looks of things, my uncle’s wolf was fighting with every single ounce of Alpha power he had inside of him, but I knew even with that, it wasn’t going to be enough.

Hell, from what I could see, not even my wolf was going to be able to stop him, as I knew what it had taken to take down the Alpha Rogue King, and this Alpha Rogue was much younger and stronger Like I had said before to my father, our pack could withstand the rogues if he would only allow us to stand five Alphas strong, but my father had dismissed that idea of mine before it was even fully spoken from my lips

Right now, I was torn between engaging or getting my father’s body out of even more harm’s way, but as I am almost to the center of it all, I realized that I wasn’t the only Alpha that was making my way towards them. From the opposite direction, Liam’s wolf had also plowed his way through, leading a small group of the Alpha Rogue King’s men with him. Unlike me, Liam’s eyes were fixated on one thing, and that was the Alpha Rogue.

Knowing that he was gunning for him and that he would provide my uncle with the help he needed, I decided to do what I thought was best, and that was to pull my father’s wolf to safety. But just as we both enter the center of the battle, and I move to my father’s wolf’s side, the air shifts making both of us freeze dead in our paths.

Instantly, my head snaps in the Alpha rogue’s direction just as he sends my uncle’s wolf sailing off his back, straight towards Liam’s wolf. With a hard thud, my uncle’s wolf lands directly on the soiled ground right in front of Liam’s wolf, leaving only our two wolves standing.

My eyes now wandered between my uncle’s battered wolf, to my father’s wolf, who was still unconscious on the ground right in front of me, now debating on what to do. But before I could weigh my options, I heard a menacing laughter in my damn head. My eyes once again began to wander, as I wondered who the hell was in my head, but as my eyes landed on Liam, it was clear wasn’t the only one whose mind was being invaded.
