It honestly was out of character for her, which had me standing there watching her and her posse walking away. It wasn’t until they walked up to the opposing football player, did I realize why she had been in such a hurry, as I watched her swing her long ponytail over her shoulder, before she began to totally flirt with him, right out in the open. Instantly, I began to wonder if she had gotten the memo that her and Chase were over, but nothing was ever this easy.

“Let me guess, that monstrosity of a bitch is Jessica?” Lexi asked, standing right behind me, watching the same thing unfold before her eyes.

“The one and only.” I sarcastically said back to her, as I crossed my arms over my chest, while my eyes remained on Jessica, still wondering what the hell/she was up to.

“The she-bitch moved on pretty fast.” Mazie then chimed in over my other shoulder, and I couldn’t help but chuckle at her comment, even though I wasn’t so sure that was the case, as I watched the male she was talking to, now looking over in my direction.

That same eerie feeling I was having not too long ago washed over me again, as his eyes landed on me and I watched him lick his lips, like a damn horn dog. “Eww.” I said under my breath, asi turned away from him just as the line began to move, thinking Jessica and that pervert of a male were actually made for each other. But regardless of whether she moved on to someone else, she was still going to get what was coming for her, as it was clear she still thought her shit didn’t stink.

For the next couple of minutes, we stood in line, inching our way towards the ticket counter, as I kept staring nonchalantly over my shoulder, feeling like I had eyes on me. But Jassica and her posse had disappeared to God knows where, along with her new man, leaving me to believe I was about ready to lose my shit.

Thankfully, before I completely lost it, the line moved, making us next to purchase our admission tickets. But as I stepped in front of the counter and looked inside the small booth, I instantly froze when Mrs. Jacobs was the one staring straight back at me.
