A few days later, in the office of Amazon’s mayor, the news anchor could be seen speaking through the TV.
"One of the biggest dungeons Amazon has ever seen has opened in the forest, covering a distance of a thousand miles. The top guilds in Amazon, Pagoda and Justice Guilds, along with the Greyhound Corps, the best Agent unit in Amazon, have been deployed to clear the dungeon. Every citizen is advised to refrain from violent actions and be at peace, as the presidents of these guilds, along with their best teams, are currently making sure there will be no dungeon break."
While listening to the news, which he already knew a week before now, the mayor sighed, looking out the floor-to-ceiling glass wall with his hands clasped behind him.
His predecessor was executed by being exiled to one of the most uninhabitable dungeons on earth, and now he was facing the crisis of a thousand-mile dungeon.
"How many times has a dungeon of this size appeared?" he asked his personal assistant.
"This will make it the third. If it were to turn black, half of Amazon might be wiped out before reinforcements come," the personal assistant replied.
"Let’s hope Redwyne can clear this threat as his guild has been doing in the past."
"The Pagoda Guild’s power is massive. The power of the branch president is enough for us to be at peace. This will pass, I assure you, Mr. Mayor."

A vehicle parked before a crowded spot, and a woman clad in armor made from beast parts stepped down. The symbol of three claws was etched to her breastplate, and the same symbol was proudly worn by two hundred individuals in the vicinity.
They were currently at the outskirts of the forest. Isadora Sinclair, branch president of the Justice Guild, who had packed her hair into a ponytail, looked around and steadied her gaze on the government agents.
Clad in their blue coats with four rows of silver buttons and a beret, all of them also had seven-feet-tall greyhound dogs. Most giant dog summons were usually low tier, but these ones were Elite tier, with a few High tiers.
And these summons received both military training and survival training with their summoners in the dangerous expanse of dungeons, forging this elite unit.
These agents, almost a hundred of them, carried modified automatic rifles with 5.0 daggers.
Isadora’s eyes went to the leader of this elite corps, who sat in an armored truck. The door was open, and he was also examining the Justice Guild members when his eyes met Isadora’s.
Isadora narrowed her eyes while Dominic raised an eyebrow. Isadora couldn’t help it, this was a gray-skinned man with a huge muscular build.
An exaggerated one, which could only be achieved by enhancing muscles with stored mana. Dominic also had short white hair and prominent scars across his face.
Lying beside the armored truck was a nine-and-a-half-feet-tall American bully. It was pure muscle and terror.
Dominic approached Isadora, his size dwarfing the guild president, but Isadora held a confident smile as she stretched out her hand, and Dominic took it.
"It’s a privilege to fight side by side with the best Agents in Amazon," Isadora smiled. "I heard we’re going to see Orcs there. Those kind love battles. I hope you’re prepared," she said lightly.
Dominic chuckled after the handshake. "You guilds use dungeons to enrich yourselves. We, on the other hand, have trained for anything. Orcs are one of the many."
"I see," Isadora smiled in response.
