Others Summon Dragons, I Summon Legendary Knights novel Chapter 215

Chapter 215: New Mission

Lysander was currently his most powerful knight, with Dirge who had finally risen to 14.0, her peak, right behind him.

Her ability to grow through absorbing life force ensured her fast growth. This was one of the reasons unique summons that could grow through alternative means aside from dungeon cores were more coveted.

Having such a summon meant owning the advantage of fast growth.

"I practically gained just 10 percent Symbiosis from you, Lysander. I don’t know if it’s because you’re different or my Symbiosis will just get smaller and smaller." Godfrey clenched his fist and loosened it.

"I’ll have to aim for the title of king. Unlocking the next knight should make me a Crown Prince. Maybe my connection with the castle will get stronger from there and once I access Symbiosis, I’ll easily surpass Origin Tier."

Godfrey mused.

He didn’t know how, maybe it was the castle giving him this subtle feeling but Godfrey just felt that his next knight might rekindle that first feeling he had when Mountain came.

That power.

Excitement coursed through him. Finally, he was close to the castle’s core and was about to unlock its most daunting knights. Knights that might be able to keep up with him.

He activated Echo and an intricate axe, nothing like a barbaric looking axe, appeared in his hand. He folded his fingers around the wooden hilt with golden engravings.

The feeling of the axe in his hand felt natural. It was like he had been training with the axe for almost a thousand years. The feeling was surreal yet real.

Unbelievable but factual. At that moment, Godfrey swung it. The axe blade cut through the air, leaving a faint blue trail that chased after the gleaming silver axe.

It was mesmerising. Even the air itself seemed to give way. Though the axe was much bigger than his longsword, they weighed almost the same.

That aside. Godfrey approached a pillar and took a deep breath. His eyes turned gold and black and icy mist billowed out of his mouth and fist.

’Remarkable agility huh?’

He cracked his neck and threw a punch at the pillar. His fist moved like a blur and this was without lightning infusion for speed.

Intrigued, Godfrey assumed a proper stance and launched a flurry of punches. The pillar made out of pure mana cracked as his fist struck the pillar over two hundred times in four seconds, completely shattering that portion of the pillar.

The upper side was disconnected from the lower side. The rubble on the floor was all frozen solid.

"You’re a menace." Godfrey told Lysander as he was deeply impressed by his sixth knight.

He opened his eyes in the real world and sat up. With a soft exhale, he rose to his feet and turned to the window, from where he looked down. He was two floors above the ground.

The Vagabonds were going about their daily lives with their summons.

He found it hard to incorporate his knights into this as everyone and everywhere became tense when they appeared. After all, knights weren’t made of chats, especially the golden knights.

Only Isolde seemed to be quite interactive and comfortable with them.

Just then, he heard a knock on his door. Godfrey approached the door, opened it a little, peeped before opening it properly. Lucy folded her arms.

She wore a sun visor, a jacket that belonged to the engineering department with little grease stains, tight pants and boots.
