Chapter 235
As soon as Victoria finished speaking, the entertainment reps who had been fuming just moments earlier suddenly went quiet, a flicker of expectation replacing their anger.
“Which three companies?” one of them asked.
Marty from Gale Entertainment grumbled to Nathan, “Mr. Clark, these people have no backbone. One second they re furious at Victoria and demanding answers, the next they’re shamelessly lining up for a collaboration.”
Justin was speechless. Nathan had been completely outplayed by Victoria and lost the rights to Chasing the Dream. Worried Nathan would take his anger out on him, Justin tried to rally the other entertainment companies against Victoria, hoping to at least redirect Nathan’s frustration.
But who would’ve thought that with just one sentence, Victoria had them all quieted down, even looking forward to working with her?
What a bunch of spineless people!
The entertainment company reps‘ reactions had the livestream viewers dying of laughter.
This was the first time Nathan had ever gotten humiliated like this in front of everyone.
And from start to finish, Victoria had been waiting for the perfect moment to drop the bomb about who she really was.
So his so–called sanctions were nothing but a joke now.
LOL, these people are mad, but they still can’t help wanting to work with Viara!]
So this is what real talent looks like? Viara offends half the industry at once, doesn’t even flinch when they gang up on her- and now she’s still tossing them a bone.]
Sure, she’s got skills, but isn’t she worried all these companies might join forces to take down Brightstar Entertainment?]
Yeah, what if Brightstar Entertainment can’t get any resources in the future and has to produce everything in–house? Her artists would be in trouble too!]
Now that I think about it, Brightstar Entertainment is still a brand–new company, barely off the ground. They don’t have any big names, just a recently poached rising star, and Curtis Binder, their rookie singer, is only just starting to get some attention.]
[Can’t wait to see what happens next!]
Victoria spoke slowly, “The three companies that impressed me the most are Kenbest Entertainment, Blaze Media, and Future Pictures.”
The representatives from the three named entertainment companies couldn’t help but feel a flicker of pride at Victorias praise.
Especially Blaze Media.
It started as a nobody little entertainment company, with nothing but rookies on its roster But by winning over Viara through genuine effort and adapting one of her novels, the drama blew up, and the company skyrocketed overnight, with its actors becoming instant hits.
But Blaze Media didn’t get complacent after that first success. They followed it up by winning over Viara agam through the

else stared in disbelief.
When she reached him, she smirked, her voice dripping with sarcasm. “Saved the Clark family 85 million this time–think of it as your burial money. Spend it wisely, or you might not get another chance to throw it around like this.”
Burial money?‘ Nathan was stunned. ‘Did she really just say that?‘
How is she so bold? Who does she think she is?‘ someone in the crowd thought.
Justin was sweating bullets, completely on edge.
Nathan’s gaze was ice–cold as he growled, “Victoria, keep putting on a front if you want. Just remember–this won’t last long You won’t be riding high for much longer.”
After saying that, he turned and strode away.
‘Go calm Mr. Clark down now!” Justin urged his daughter, Lexi.
Seeing Nathan take a fall, Lexi was secretly delighted, but she put on a worried face and agreed before running after him.
justin shot Victoria a venomous glare. “Victoria, just because you’ve got the rights to Chasing the Dream doesn’t guarantee t’ll be a hit. Plenty of big IPS have flopped on screen. You might be able to write a good novel, but that doesn’t mean you know how to make a successful show or movie.”
Victoria shrugged. “That’s not something a failure like you needs to worry about.”
ustin let out a cold snort and left with his secretary and Marty.
Pierre and Felix had come hoping to see Nathan teach Victoria a lesson, but instead, they just watched Victoria flex and act ill high and mighty.
Seriously, what a waste of time, Pierre thought, and Felix silently agreed.
Seeing Jackson and Ollie head downstairs, the two brothers followed after them.
When Yvonne saw Pierre, her hands tightened nervously. But with Victoria here, she suddenly felt safer than ever.
Victoria, you really are something–you’re actually that famous webnovel author Viara!” Felix grinned as they reached the bottom of the stairs. “Looks like Jackson struck gold this time. Ms. Binder’s only been back in Benwig City for less than a nonth, and she’s already made waves three times. I wonder what kind of show you’re going to put on for us next.”
Victoria shot back, “Oh, I’ve got plenty more surprises up my sleeve. Who knows, maybe next time it’ll be your turn to get
mbarrassed.”
Felix just smiled and kept quiet.
Pierre said, “Victoria, after we left the auction house that day, you were the one who told Simon to take Yvonne from me right?”
