Chapter 264 It’s Her
Meanwhile, Eleanor and Quinna hurried into Robin’s office.
“Where’s Noelle? Wasn’t she with you?”
All the other students were already inside. When they saw Eleanor and Quinna arrive, they all looked over.
Wasn’t Noelle always with them?
“Noelle is-”
Eleanor was about to explain when Robin strode in.
He scanned the room, his face immediately darkening. “It’s already two. Where’s Noelle?”
Quinna quickly explained, “Noelle was called away by hospital staff. They said it was urgent-”

“Urgent?” Robin snapped, cutting her off. “What could be more important than learning and observation? She was unfocused all morning, and now she’s missing in the afternoon for no reason. This is unacceptable!”
The angrier he got, the more frustrated he became. Someone with Noelle’s talent should have an amazing future. But with that kind of attitude, what future could she possibly have?
He felt both disappointed and angry on her behalf.
“So what if she’s the national top scorer? In medicine, attitude comes first! With such a careless approach, how can she ever be a good doctor? I’ll notify the university. I won’t teach Noelle anymore. Have her assigned to someone else!”
The office went completely silent. None of the students dared to say a word.
Eleanor wanted to explain again, but Quinna quietly tugged her sleeve.
Quinna adjusted her glasses and whispered, “It’s useless to explain right now. He won’t listen.”
Robin grabbed his phone and sent a message to the university, saying he couldn’t mentor Noelle and asking for her to be reassigned. After taking a deep breath to calm himself, he said, “Alright, let’s begin the afternoon-”
Before he could finish, his phone rang.
Seeing Franz’s name, Robin frowned slightly and stepped aside. “What is it, Mr. Dillingham? I’m with students-”
On the other end, Franz’s excited voice burst out. “Robin! We found her! We found the miracle doctor who used the Golden
Needle!”
Robin’s mood instantly lifted. “Really? Who’s she? Where’s she?”
“It’s your student, Noelle!” Franz said excitedly. “The cameras caught her getting out of an RV. I matched it with the student list and photos. It’s definitely her!”
“What?!”
Robin’s hand shook as his eyes widened in shock.

Meanwhile, in the dean’s office.
A long conference table was filled with department heads and hospital leadership. Every gaze was fixed on the girl sitting to Fran:
right.
Noelle was dressed simply in a white T–shirt and jeans, with a white lab coat over them and Kingstowne University’s badge pinne
to her chest.
She wore no makeup, her hair tied into a neat high ponytail. Surrounded by experts mostly over 50, she looked incredibly young and slightly out of place.
And yet, it was that very girl who had gathered all the hospital’s top figures in an emergency.
“Noelle,” said the gray–haired cardiology director, adjusting his glasses. His tone held both doubt and curiosity. “Mr. Dillingham says you used the Golden Needle to save the patient at noon. Is that true?”
Noelle nodded slightly. “Yes.”
That single word made several people gasp.
“That’s the Golden Needle!” A deputy director from holistic medicine jumped up in excitement. “I’ve studied it for most of my life and only grasp the basics. Noelle, how old are you?”
“Nineteen,” she replied calmly.
Soft gasps filled the room.
“Nineteen… Golden Needle…” someone muttered. “How is that even possible?”
Franz cleared his throat to quiet the room. “We reviewed the surveillance footage many times. It was indeed Noelle. And-”
He paused, his expression full of admiration. “She’s also this year’s national SAT’s top scorer.”
The amazement grew even louder.
“It’s truly impressive!” an elderly professor exclaimed, shaking his head. “We old guys have really lived in vain!”
The neurology director couldn’t help asking, “Noelle, was your medical skill passed down through your family?”
