Viola stared hard at Noelle with wide eyes as she watched everyone crowd around her. Viola slowly clenched her fists. Jealousy and hatred filled her eyes, and her face twisted with anger.
Jasper frowned deeply as well. He did not expect Noelle to be here, and smiling so happily. Noelle had never smiled like this at the Kain’s estate.
Did she do this on purpose just to compete with Viola? Viola wanted Chef Fendley to cook for her birthday, so Noelle went and hired him too? We raised her for so many years, yet she is so ungrateful.
Jasper’s face darkened, and he was about to step forward to scold Noelle. But just as he took one step, a group of restaurant staff rushed over and blocked them.
“The restaurant has been fully booked. Please leave now and do not disturb our honored guests,” the staff said firmly.
Their attitude was strong, and they did not allow the Kains to get anywhere near Noelle.
Noelle was chatting with Alain as they walked downstairs, completely unaware that the Kains were also there.
Sebastian and Lucas took the elevator, following behind Noelle and Alain.
Primo walked over and said quietly, “Mr. Menzie, Mr. Lucas, everything is arranged. They won’t get any chance to approach Mrs. Menzie.”
Sebastian and Lucas were the first to notice that the Kains were present, so they immediately told Primo to have the hotel staff
block them.
Today was Noelle’s birthday, and they did not want the Kains to appear and ruin her mood.
People like the Kains did not even deserve the chance to get close to Noelle.
By the time they returned to Melrose Manor, it was already late at night.
Noelle clung to Sebastian and urged him to show her the gift he had prepared. Sebastian sat in his wheelchair, held her hand, and led her to the terrace. He then said softly, “Close your eyes.”
Curious and excited, Noelle closed her eyes. When she heard him say, “Okay,” she slowly opened them.
Countless fireworks shot into the sky at once and burst brilliantly across the night.
Gold, silver, red, and deep blue fireworks lit up the sky in a stunning display.
Streams of light cut through the darkness and exploded into glowing waterfalls.
What amazed her even more was that the fireworks did not fade right away. They gathered in the sky and slowly formed clear, shining words.
“Happy Birthday, Noey!”
Each letter sparkled brightly, lighting up almost the entire wealthy neighborhood.

Many families nearby opened their windows or stepped onto their balconies. Gasps of surprise filled the air. Some people raised their phones to take videos, and children pointed at the sky, cheering.
Noelle looked up, her eyes filled with stars and fireworks, and they slowly grew wet.
She had not expected Sebastian to prepare fireworks for her. She jumped straight into his arms. “Thank you, Honey… I love it. This is the most beautiful gift I’ve ever received.”
Sebastian gently stroked her hair and said warmly, “As long as you like it, I can do this for you every year. I hope your life will always be as bright and radiant as these fireworks.”
Noelle buried her head against Sebastian’s chest. She was so touched and happy that she wanted to laugh, but suddenly she felt something cool around her neck. She looked down and saw a delicate diamond necklace.
“This is the real gift,” Sebastian said softly. “I had it custom–made. I thought it would match a young girl’s taste. I’m not good at picking jewelry, so I even asked Lucas for advice. If you don’t like it, you can…”
“No! I love it! Thank you, Honey!” Noelle did not let him finish. She leaned in and kissed his cheek hard.
Sebastian froze for a moment, then his ears quietly turned red. This time, he did not look away. Instead, he gazed at Noelle gently.
Noelle and Sebastian stood on the terrace, watching the fireworks bloom in the sky.
Primo, Duo, and Lucas were watching from the garden below.
Primo and Duo sat together, while Lucas sat alone. His figure looked a little lonely in the dark night.
