Back at the Solstice Group One lab.

Yvette had just returned from outside when she walked past Blythe and noticed her attempting to wash a painting with water. Her brows knitted together.

"That painting has moth damage..."

Blythe's face instantly turned cold. "Do you have instructions for me, Ms. Yeats? Or are you just unhappy with my work?"

Her tone was so drenched in sarcasm that both Zachary and Matthew turned their heads to look.

"No," Yvette replied flatly, turning around and heading back to her own workstation.

Water-washing was a standard restoration technique, but not all paintings could handle it.

Given the severe moth damage on the piece Blythe was handling, submerging it was a terrible idea.

But if Blythe didn't want to hear her advice, she wasn't going to waste her breath.

Matthew shot Yvette a look of concern. Noticing his gaze, she simply shook her head slightly.

The Group One lab was dead quiet, save for the occasional bursts of laughter drifting over from next door.

A knock sounded at the door. Yvette didn't look up, keeping her focus entirely on piecing together a torn painting.

Blythe rushed to the door, her voice lighting up with delight. "Willow! What are you doing here?"

"Jabez bought afternoon tea for everyone. I brought over your favorite, Mango Pomelo Sago." Willow handed her a cup with a bright smile.

"Thank you so much, you're the best!" Blythe beamed, only just noticing that Willow was carrying several other cups.

Willow walked right in. Completely ignoring Yvette sitting at the front, she headed straight for Matthew.

"Mr. Sutton, a little coffee to help you power through the afternoon."

As she spoke, she placed the cup right in front of him.

"Thank you, Ms. Huxley." Matthew forced a polite but tight smile.

"Don't mention it." Willow moved on to Zachary, setting a cup on his desk. "Mr. Zimmerman, here's a coffee for you too."

"No thanks. I don't drink coffee," Zachary replied without even looking up, his hands continuing their steady work.
