"Who?"

"Yvette Yeats."

Her burning questions were finally answered the following morning.

"Chloe, there is no pregnant woman named Yvette Yeats in the Kingsbrook General Hospital system."

"Are you sure? Could they have missed it?"

"You don't trust me, Chloe?" Stanton chuckled softly.

"You know that's not what I meant," Chloe whined playfully. "Got it. Thanks, Stanton."

After hanging up, she changed her outfit and drove straight to the Azure Atelier.

"Hello, how can I help you?" the receptionist asked with a flawless, professional smile.

"I'm looking for Yvette. Is she here?"

"Ms. Yeats is currently taking some time off. She isn't in the office."

"Give me her number. We used to be classmates." Chloe adjusted her oversized designer sunglasses, looking down to inspect her manicure.

The receptionist hesitated. If they were former classmates but didn't even have each other's contact information, their relationship obviously wasn't that good.

Charlotte Clark happened to walk by. Seeing the receptionist's conflicted expression, she asked, "What's wrong?"

"Ms. Clark, this lady is looking for Ms. Yeats."

Chloe turned her attention to Charlotte. "Ms. Clark, be a dear and contact Yvette for me. Tell her to come over."

Her entitled tone instantly set Charlotte off.

Crossing her arms, Charlotte pointed a finger toward the entrance. "The door is right there. Don't let it hit you on the way out."

With that, she retreated into her office to call Yvette.

"Yvette, some shady woman showed up looking for you. She acted incredibly arrogant, like the world owed her a favor. I kicked her out."

Willow usually played the gentle sweetheart in front of others. A condescending woman looking for her instantly brought Chloe to Yvette's mind.

"What did she look like?" Yvette asked.

"Baby face. Dressed in head-to-toe designer labels. Looked like she had money to burn."
