He cut a sharp, lethal look at the group of men. “Isn’t that right?”

The men instantly folded under his gaze. They knew the Chris family could crush them, and if Lilian hadn’t promised them protection, they never would have had the guts to show up. They all shut their mouths and stared at the floor.
