This way, if another emergency came up, Matthew figured he wouldn’t even need to ask–Aletta would likely recommend Arabella herself.
The thought led him to glance toward Arabella, hoping to learn more about her. Just then, a soft breeze swept through, and a shaft of sunlight fell across her cheek, suddenly highlighting her striking beauty. Matthew found himself caught off guard, his gaze lingering.
Arabella, who had been enjoying the view outside, sensed a pair of intense eyes on her. She turned immediately and met Matthew’s deep, studying look.
“What are you looking at?” she asked directly.
Only then did Matthew realize he’d been staring. He coolly shifted his eyes away and replied evenly. The view from your side seems better.”
Hearing his answer, Arabella frowned slightly. Was he really just looking at the scenery?
Well, whatever. He could look at whatever he liked..
The questions Matthew had meant to ask remained unspoken. He couldn’t help but feel strange about his own behavior.
He’d never been particularly interested in women before. Who would’ve thought he’d get distracted like that today? How odd…
Soon, the group arrived at the hospital,
The hospital director had been waiting at the entrance since earlier.
Seeing the car pull up, he hurried forward to greet Matthew.
“Mr. Stewart, Mr. Robert Stewart’s room is all prepared. Right this way, please. The director gestured respectfully.
He and the team of doctors and nurses behind him treated Matthew with notable deference.
Arabella was surprised to see this.
Just how wealthy was Matthew? The staff was treating him like royalty.
And so, Arabella and Matthew escorted Robert to the private suite, accompanied by the medical team.
After several nurses settled Robert into the room, the director addressed Matthew respectfully, “Mr. Stewart, we’ve arranged for our top specialist to oversee Mr. Robert Stewart’s diagnosis and treatment, along with full daily care. You have nothing to worry about.”
Matthew scanned the environment briefly and gave a slight nod of approval.
thehed Robert spoke up. “I don’t need another doctor. I want this young lady to handle

my treatment.”
After the recent scare, Robert trusted her more than anyone now. He didn’t want anyone else involved.
Hearing Robert’s words, Arabella understood–he likely felt secure only with her. Well, since she was already involved, she might as well see it through. It was all about earning a fee anyway.
Judging by the Stewart family’s style, they were clearly well–off. She could reasonably adjust her consultation rate,
Even though her own family was comfortable, she preferred to earn her own way. She had her own career, and money was just a number to her at this point.
The director hadn’t paid Arabella much notice at first. It was only when Robert mentioned her that he took a closer look.
She appeared to be college–aged. He didn’t quite understand why Robert would insist on being treated by
someone so young
With a hesitant look, the director turned to Matthew, “Mr. Stewart, regarding Mr. Robert Stewart’s request…
“We’ll follow my grandfather’s wishes. But assign one of your physicians to assist her. Matthew instructed, his eyes shifting to Arabella. Clearly, he still had reservations about her youth and experience.
Though the director didn’t fully grasp the decision, he knew better than to question it.
“Of course. I’ll make the arrangements right away,” he said, glancing once more at Arabella before exiting
the room.
Matthew approached the bedside and reassured Robert, “Everything’s taken care of here at the hospital. This young doctor will continue overseeing your treatment.”
Robert nodded, satisfied.
Then he looked toward Arabella and asked, ‘It feels a bit impersonal to keep calling you young doctor. What’s your name?”
“It’s a Macdonald,” Arabella replied without hesitation, using her real surname.
“I see… Robert nodded. “Well, Dr. Macdonald, I’ll be in your hands during my stay. As for your fee, don’t worry–aside from the house call payment, I’ll double your rate for the follow–up treatments, Robert spoke sincerely regarding the compensation.
Arabella couldn’t help but smile.
Wealthy families really were different–much more generous than some of the clients she’d dealt with
before.
“Don’t worry, Mr. Stewart, I’ll have you back on your feet in no time, she agreed warmly.

Then she moved to the side, took a pen, and wrote out a comprehensive treatment plan. This outlines the approach for Mr. Stewart’s care. Please follow it closely. The hospital pharmacy can prepare what’s needed. While on this regimen, avoid other medications unless absolutely necessary, and ensure plenty of rest
Robert nodded obediently. “Understood.”
Arabella then turned to Matthew, the director, and the others. “Please monitor Mr. Stewart’s vital signs consistently. Other than that, ny to minimize disturbances and allow him to rest peacefully.
Next, she drew a small white bottle from her bag–containing a recently developed medication–and handed it to Matthew. “Along with the treatment plan, please give Mr. Stewart one of these daily. It’s part. of his regimen.
