Mr. Kingston has treated patients with the same strange swelling before–he can fix it with acupuncture alone. I’ve already sent someone to fetch him on the way back. He’ll be here soon to purge the poison from your body. Once you wear a wig, you’ll look as beautiful as ever again.”

She spoke earnestly. “More importantly, he’s long held an affection for you. Years ago, he openly wished to marry you as his Princess. She lowered her voice. “I’m not saying you have to give up on Crown Prince Christopher right away. Keep stringing him along as you have been. Prince Robin still has feelings for you, doesn’t he? Find a chance to test his heart again, and keep a safe escape route open for yourself. It can’t hurt.”
