Medea smiled and asked, “Are you exaggerating a little? Calv didn’t say anything.”

“Calv didn’t say anything, but his actions speak louder than words. He recorded the whole thing on his phone!”

Gideon answered before anyone else could.

Medea, curious, looked at Calvin. “Let me see, how did the recording turn out? Don’t tell me you made me look bad.”

“With a face like yours, there’s no way you’d look bad no matter how it’s filmed!”

Still, Medea insisted on seeing the footage.

Before Calvin could speak, the familiar voice of Eliza came through the speakers.

Eliza took a deep breath after stepping onto the stage before speaking.

“First, I owe everyone an apology. I’m not a professional in this field, so I may not be able to present our product perfectly. In fact, until ten minutes ago, I wasn’t even supposed to be the presenter, so I don’t have a script, and I didn’t have time to prepare the PowerPoint.”

Medea understood his meaning and raised her chin arrogantly.

Gideon shared the video he had just recorded in their group chat, tagging everyone to watch the spectacle.
