Chapter 299
Autumn remained silent, but panic already flickered in her eyes.

Dominic’s gaze stayed fixed on the sports car disappearing down the road.
Isabella spoke with a sour edge. “Stop staring. They’re already gone!”
He snapped back to his senses and walked into the store without a word.
Only Jessica and Isabella remained. They stared at each other, each sensing the other’s wariness.
With Autumn clearly out of the picture, their attention naturally shifted to one another.
Isabella scoffed. “Jessica, you’ve already been kicked out. If I were you, I wouldn’t dare show my face in front of my husband again for the rest of my life.”
“So what?” Jessica snorted. “I only went home temporarily. I’ll be back sooner or later.”
“You’re not that good–looking, yet you dream big,” Isabella sneered.
When it came to appearances, Jessica was indeed at a disadvantage. She showed no sign of discouragement. Instead, she grinned. “Haven’t you heard?”
Isabella froze. “Heard what?”
Jessica straightened, her posture confident enough to make Isabella’s gaze waver. She spoke smugly. “Beauty means nothing compared to sexiness.”
The remark left Isabella momentarily speechless. After all, Katherine still stood between her and Jessica.
Isabella snapped, “That’s all you’ve got. I can’t be bothered with you. I’m going to find my husband. You’re not allowed inside.”
With that, she turned and walked into the store.
Jessica ignored her warning and followed at an unhurried pace. She even considered whether she should reveal some of what had happened between her and Dominic.
After a moment’s thought, she dismissed the idea. The madness Isabella had shown last time remained vivid in her mind. If she got triggered again and did something unexpected, Dominic would blame her again.
Jessica could tell that although Dominic acted coldly toward Isabella, he still cared about her. On top of that, Isabella was Lilith’s biological mother.
Thus, Jessica decided that keeping a low profile was the wiser choice. Once she truly crossed a certain boundary with Dominic, he would no longer bother to hide it.
After Dominic entered the store, Jewel looked excited. “Dominic, today’s orders are guaranteed to exceed 100,000!”
“That high?” Dominic looked mildly stunned.
The price of White Cosmos No. 1 oral solution was steep. Because the raw materials were costly, each box sold for about 300 dollars.
At 100,000 orders, the day’s sales would exceed 20 million dollars. And this was only the first day. As the product gained wider recognition, sales would continue to rise.
Jewel nodded seriously. She clicked the mouse, and the numbers climbed with every refresh. “But there’s a problem. At this rate,

our production capacity won’t be enough.”
“Then expand capacity and add new production lines,” Dominic said.
Jewel nodded again. “That’s what I was thinking. We’ll discuss it at the office later.”
“Alright,” Dominic said. “Keep an eye on things. I’ll rest for a bit.”
“Go ahead,” Jewel replied.
Dominic headed to the store’s lounge, took out his phone, and opened his WhatsApp conversation with Autumn.
The last message was still from three days ago.
