Chapter 305
Dominic paused, then said, “You’ll die. You’ll die at the hands of someone you’d never expect.”
When Zachary heard that, a chill crept up his spine for no clear reason.
What should have sounded absurd came from Dominic with absolute seriousness, which left Zachary with an unsettling sense of dread.
He snorted, forced the feeling down, and said coldly, “Dominic, it’s a real waste you didn’t become a fortune–teller. All this mumbo jumbo. Skyline City Psychiatric Hospital could really use someone like you.”
Dominic smiled faintly, lit a cigarette, and replied, “I already gave you a chance. Had you gotten on your knees, apologized, and promised you wouldn’t mess with me again, then maybe this thing between us could have ended there. Too bad you didn’t listen.

“Listen my ass!” Zachary pointed at him and cursed. “I’m done listening to you yap. Pay up and get the hell out.”
Dominic shook his head. “I didn’t come here to pay.”
Zachary’s voice turned icy. “Then what the hell do you want?”
“To beat you up.”
The words had barely left his mouth when he started toward Zachary.
The bodyguards had been prepared. They surged forward at once and blocked his path.
Zachary froze for a beat, then laughed and shook his head. “You’re completely insane. You come alone and spout all this
nonsense.”
Dominic kept walking, the cigarette still clenched between his lips.
One of the bodyguards barked, “Stop right there!”
Dominic glanced at him. “You make what, a few hundred dollars a month? What are you risking your life for?”
The bodyguard snorted. “I make over 3,000 dollars!”
Dominic said nothing more. More than a dozen bodyguards stood in front of him, yet not a trace of fear showed on his face.
Zachary sneered, “You really think you’re somebody now? You came here to cause trouble today. Even if the Garcias found out, they wouldn’t say a word. Move,”
At his command, the bodyguards attacked.
The one in front brought his baton down in a hard swing.
Dominic raised his arm and blocked it with perfect timing.
Zachary curled his lip. “Not bad.”
A dull thud followed as someone struck Dominic in the back.
Zachary laughed again. “But not much.”
Dominic did not even stagger. The cigarette never left his mouth. He ignored the attack from behind. After stopping the baton, he drove a punch straight into the bodyguard’s face.
The man who earned 3,000 dollars a month froze in place. His eyes rolled back, and he collapsed on the spot. The last thought that flashed through his mind was that this kind of damage made no sense at all.

Dominic did not slow down. He moved forward without hesitation. Anyone who blocked his path went down with a single punch. There was no technique. Only brute force.
His body had already reached a terrifying state. Each soul he helped sent feedback that strengthened him in every way.
