Chapter 470
Everyone turned and stared in surprise at Isaac.
He was one of Skyline City’s top tycoons, a construction magnate worth tens of billions. Yet here he stood, publicly backing Dominic.
Dominic’s connections were formidable.
Autumn paused, then offered Isaac a polite smile. “Thank you for your support, Mr. Moore, but Dominic is with me. Money is just a number.”
Isaac immediately noticed how close she stood to Dominic. Understanding flickered in his eyes, and he smiled. “It seems I’ve been meddling.”
Dominic gave Isaac a brief nod and returned his attention to the table.
Autumn shifted her gaze to the purple–haired man, her expression turning cold. “Logan, if you want to play, then play. Don’t concern yourself with Dominic’s money. You should be thinking about how you’ll explain this round to your father if you lose.”
Logan Pierce’s expression darkened. If he lost this hand, his father would tear him apart when he got home.
100,000,000 dollars was no trivial sum.
After a brief silence, he made his decision. “Fine. The pot is already massive. There’s no point dragging this out. Let’s each add 20,000,000 dollars and compare hands.”
“I have no objection,” Dominic replied.
They both pushed in their chips. The pile on the table rose into a small mountain. The total for this hand approached three billion dollars.
The room tightened with tension.
Even Autumn found herself squeezing Dominic’s hand. Nerves and excitement surged through
her.
Logan fixed his eyes on Dominic. “Show your hand.”
Dominic nodded and flipped over his three cards without hesitation: three kings.
A wave of shock rippled through the crowd. They had expected Dominic to hold something strong. They had not expected this.
Only Zachary, who had folded a two–three–five, turned pale.
Autumn had not seen Dominic’s hole cards. Now, at the sight of three kings, her face flushed. ” Dominic, you won!”

Unexpectedly, Logan smiled coldly. “Three kings is the highest?”
The room fell silent.
Logan extended his hand and revealed his cards one by one: Ace of spades, ace of clubs, and ace of diamonds.
Three kings against three aces. It was a once–in–a–decade showdown. No one could believe it.
Logan sneered as he reached for the pot.
“Wait,” Dominic said calmly as he rose to his feet
Logan paused with a mocking smile. “What? Is there a problem?”
“There is,” Dominic replied evenly. “Are your hole cards truly three aces?”
Logan burst out laughing. “Everyone here saw them. You can’t pretend you didn’t.”
He flipped the remaining cards onto the table. “If you think there’s an issue, check the deck.”
No one spoke. With stakes this high, no one dared intervene.
