“Alright, Mr. Fleming. Thank you!” Sophia said with repeated bows.
Dominic replied, “Then we’ll meet again later.”
After that, he returned straight to the car. Sophia was now in a soul state, so no matter how far she walked, she would not actually feel tired.
“Honey, why were you gone so long?” Isabella asked.
Dominic answered casually, “Using the toilet.”
With that, he started the old car and set off again.
By the afternoon, they stopped at another service area and grabbed a quick bite.
Isabella said with disgust, “The food at these service areas is really awful, and it’s expensive.”
“I think it’s pretty good!” Lilith said as she picked up a fry and dipped it in ketchup.
Isabella shot her a glare. “Just eat your food.”
“Hehe!” The girl leaned against Katherine. With her aunt backing her up, she was not afraid of anyone.
After that, they did not stop again.
A little after five in the afternoon, they arrived at the gate of an extremely luxurious villa. Outside the vast courtyard, many bodyguards stood on guard.
As soon as Dominic’s car pulled up, the bodyguards widened their eyes.
They quickly opened the gate and shouted, “The young lady and son–in–law are back!”
At once, the villa’s main doors swung open and a large group of people walked out.
A small elderly woman hurried forward. Her face shone with overwhelming joy. She smiled so broadly that she could barely close her mouth as she called out, “Oh, my little treasure is finally back!”
Before the car had fully stopped, Lilith jumped out and ran over, shouting happily, “Great–grandma!”
“Grandma, slow down,” Isabella said.
Leticia ignored her and scooped the girl into her arms. “My little treasure, I’ve missed you to death! Come inside with Grandma!”
With that, she went straight inside. She did not even acknowledge Isabella, much less Dominic.
Oliver walked over to Dominic and said quietly, “You’d better be careful tonight. Grandma is angry with you.”
Dominic knew Leticia was likely upset because he and Isabella had divorced. He sighed helplessly. “Go ahead and enjoy my misfortune.“.
“Will I? I’m just reminding you. Purely good intentions,” Oliver said with a straight face. Dominic glanced at him and said coldly, “If you want to laugh, then laugh. Why pretend?”

At that, Oliver’s cheeks puffed out, and he could not hold it in any longer. He burst out laughing.
He dropped the act and said with a gloating grin, “Tonight I’m going to enjoy this drama to the fullest.”
Before he could laugh for even two seconds, a heavy blow landed on his ribs. Oliver immediately twisted his face in pain.
He turned his head and saw Isabella standing there with an expressionless face. “Oliver, shut up.”
Leticia’s complete disregard had already made Isabella feel guilty. Now she felt even more uneasy.
Oliver rubbed his ribs and grimaced. “What does that have to do with me?”
Katherine chuckled softly. “You deserved that.”
Even she could tell that, today, neither Isabella nor Dominic would have an easy time getting past Leticia.
At that moment, the others also came over to greet them.
“Dominic, you’re back!”
“Hurry inside. Dinner is about to start.”
“Brother–in–law!”
James had two younger brothers. As the eldest, he was followed by John and Jenson. In short, all their names began with “J.”
Besides them, several younger members of the Sinclair family were also present. They all greeted Dominic with smiles and spoke very politely.
This proved one thing. A man’s status in his wife’s family often depended on the respect his wife showed him. Isabella had made serious mistakes, but she had never embarrassed Dominic at home. Combined with Leticia’s influence, when Dominic returned to the Sinclairs, in some ways he even carried more presence than Oliver.
