She shielded her son behind her, her gaze so frigid it could make a person shiver.

"Jade, your son hurled insults, screamed at my children, and physically chased them. Caleb is simply stating the facts, and you have the audacity to accuse my child of being poorly raised?"

"Go discipline your spoiled, aggressive, foul-mouthed son before you ever dare lecture me about parenting. You have absolutely no right to point a finger at my children!"

Jade's face tightened, her nails digging into her palms, completely consumed by her hatred for Quinn.
