She sat quietly flipping through the menu. Several men approached her for her number, but she politely turned them all down. Exactly at ten, she called the waiter over and ordered a few signature dishes in advance.

"I've been good," Lyra said, handing him a glass of water. "The long flight must have been exhausting, right? Have some water first."

Zane quickly took a sip, then put the glass down and picked up the menu. "Dinner is on me tonight. What do you want to eat, Lyra?"

"I already ordered a few things, see if there's anything else you want."

"What did you get?"
