Chapter 16 Nu Escape
No matter what, Evan would ever leave thre Solberg family.
“That’s right! He wouldn’t dare ran away. Being part of the Solbergs is his shield! Isn’t that why he changed his name to Evan Solberg in the first place?”
Roxanne and Anya nodded in agreement.
Zeke couldn’t help but laugh silently at their words.
Evan had already been planning his exit. How could he be trapped by them?
He could have walked away long ago, but Zeke had destroyed the blood donation records, dragging things out until now.
The three heiresses had no idea, making it easier for Zeke to make his next move.
He wasn’t satisfied with just driving Evan away.
Another donor with a compatible blood type was already being tracked. Once the person was found, Zeke would secretly move against Evan-kill him.
The three heiresses belonged to him. He wanted to erase Evan from their hearts forever.
“Just wait. Even if Evan threw a tantrum and walked off, he’d be back soon enough. He can’t survive without us! Who else would take him in?” Anya sneered.
Little did they know, Evan was being pursued by someone else.
“How long are you going to follow me?”
Evan looked at the girl clinging to him like a shadow and sighed.
After all, she was the granddaughter of the Iron Dragon. Her beauty could stop the world in its tracks. She should radiate authority and dominance, but why did she stick to him like a shadow he couldn’t shake off?
Sylvie’s eyes sparkled as she looked at him. “Evan, I’ll leave the moment you say yes!”
“I told you, I’m not thinking about marriage right now. Besides, why do you assume it has to be me?”
Evan couldn’t understand it.
“Do you know what destiny feels like? Can you grasp that kind of romance spanning over a decade? Do you understand the joy of surviving against all odds?”
Sylvie’s gaze locked onto his. Questions tumbled out like rapid-fire. “All of this is because of you, Evan! Even though we’ve only just met, it feels like I’ve known you forever.”
Evan couldn’t help but smile. She was still a girl, believing in destiny like that.
“And what about Hazel, Roxanne, and Anya? What are they supposed to be?”
Sylvie shook her head, pouted, and said with utmost seriousness, “Those are all bad karma. They don’t count. You and 1? We’re meant to be together.”
Evan froze, speechless.
“I don’t care! If it were anyone else, I might hesitate but you, Evan? I choose you!”
Then she stubbornly clung to his hand, refusing to let go.

Evan’s head was about to explode.
He’d barely escaped Hazet and the other freiresses, and now he was trapped in Sylvie’s grip. All he wanted was to quietly train and grow stronger.
He was about to protest when hurried footsteps sounded behind them
“Ah? Aria, what are you doing here?” Sylvie’s surprise was obvious.
Evan instinctively stepped back, wary. “What do you want
He remembered her from before. She had been dressed in leather, moving with lethal grace, twirling a dagger like a juggling act, ready to strike at the slightest provocation.
