Chapter 321 The Fear Spreading Through Silverton
After hanging up, Evan mulled over the question.
Putting aside who in Silverton would even dare to kill Gabriel, the real issue was who actually had the strength pull it off.
Evan knew exactly how powerful the Four Martial Servants were. Each of them was a monster in their own right On top of that, Gabriel had hundreds of elite guards with him, all equally formidable. And yet, all of them had di
The answer suddenly clicked into place in Evan’s mind. ‘The only ones capable of killing Gabriel and doing it with such brutality-could only be the Black Sun. But who hired them? Was Gabriel’s death at their hands just coincidence, or was someone pulling the strings behind the scenes?’
Evan’s brows drew together, a cold glint flashing in his eyes. “No matter what, those dangerous lunatics need to be dealt with sooner rather than later. Otherwise, this could spiral into something much worse… The Iron Drago Ivana… they could all end up in danger.”
Having made up his mind, Evan returned the calls from Sean, Ivana, and the others.
Every single one of them had asked the same question-whether Gabriel’s death had anything to do with him. Th shockwaves were simply too massive.
But Evan shut it down quickly. He told Sean not to ask any further, and more importantly, not to get involved. The fewer people who knew about the Black Sun, the safer it was.
Meanwhile, the entire Silverton elite circle had fallen into panic.
This incident was on a completely different level. The last time Cain carried out his “settlement,” it hadn’t dragged others into it. But this time, with Cain’s son dead in such a horrific way, every force in Silverton was under suspicion. The whole situation had spiraled into chaos.
Fear spread like wildfire. Every faction was on edge, terrified that the blame for Gabriel’s death might fall on them, bringing disaster out of nowhere. Among the most shaken were Hazel, Roxanne, Anya, and Zeke.
“What? Gabriel is dead?”
“That’s impossible… Who in Silverton could have that kind of power?”
At first, they thought it was just a rumor. But as the news spread across every faction and the entire Silverton elite circle braced itself like a flock of startled birds, they had no choice but to believe it.
Gabriel Solomon was really dead.
And the way he died was horrifying. His head had been severed cleanly from his body.
“I heard even the Four Martial Servants died with him. Anyone connected to Gabriel… not a single survivor,” Hazel added, dropping another heavy blow.
A sharp gasp echoed at once as Roxanne and Anya stiffened.
It was terrifying.
They had all heard of the Four Martial Servants’ strength. With those four alone, Gabriel could have crushed any force in Silverton. And yet, they were all dead.

In the end, one question consumed them-who did it? Who had that kind of strength and audacity? Killing Gab meant provoking Cain himself. Wasn’t whoever did this afraid of his retaliation?
Their thoughts spiraled endlessly, unable to find an answer.
It was simply too overwhelming.
‘When did someone like this even appear in Silverton?’ Zeke was equally shaken, but more than that he felt an and a dark, brooding resentment. ‘Evan’s luck is unreal. The very man who came to settle things with him ende up dead for no reason at all.’
“But Gabriel’s death works out just fine,” Zeke added, a cruel glint flashing in his eyes. “Now I get to kill Evan myself.”
“Hey… do you think Evan might’ve killed Gabriel?” Anya suddenly asked, her tone hesitant but curious. “Gabrie was bound to go after him sooner or later. Maybe Evan struck first just to survive…”
Zeke burst out laughing, as if she had just told the most absurd joke.
“Don’t be so naive, Anya. Whoever killed Gabriel wiped out everyone around him. Do you really think Evan has that kind of strength” he said with obvious disdain.
