TartKing walked over and started ushering everyone. “Go wash your hands and eat first! We’ll set off the fireworks later!”
Seeing the fireworks, everyone’s faces lit up with excitement. They rushed over to help move the explosives and surrounded Felix as they dragged him to the dining tables.
After doing a quick headcount and calling the patrol survivors back inside, the holiday feast officially began.
“Happy Holidays-!”
Someone led the charge with a massive shout, and the ensuing cheers completely drowned out the howling blizzard outside.
Of course, the center of attention was the massive, combined main table dead center in the tavern.
Riley sat at the head, with PineappleBeer on her left and a beaming TartKing on her right.
Going down the line were NorthWind, Hanna, Arthur, and the other core management members.
However, the most unique thing about this table was that more than half of its seats were reserved for the guild’s “non–human” members.
Neeko was currently cradling a jumbo–sized slice of pie. The little treant stood quietly on a chair, using a vine to roll up a single leaf of baby broccoli and chewing it methodically.
But the real scene–stealers were the Variant Flame Wolf, C.P., and the Polar Gryphon, Ash.
Ash had grown incredibly fast recently, his grey feathers standing sharp and stiff.
He seemed curious about absolutely everything. Right now, he had his head down, using his razor–sharp beak to continuously peck at a roasted fish on a plate, making loud clack–clack noises.
C.P., on the other hand, looked a bit aggrieved. He had absolutely zero interest in the normal meat and mashed potatoes on the
table.
He rested his massive head against Riley’s back, staring at her with wide, pleading eyes, making loud gulping noises in his throat.
Riley smiled helplessly, pulled a few Elemental Crystals from her Inventory, and tossed them to him.
୮
Seeing the crystals, C.P.’s eyes instantly lit up.
Riley tossed the crystals and Magic Beast Cores into his mouth like they were dog treats. Amidst the teeth–grindingly loud crunching sounds, C.P. chewed away with total satisfaction.
TartKing nudged Riley, signaling her to say a few words.
Looking around at everyone’s soaring enthusiasm, Riley had no choice but to stand up and take the lead. “Wishing everyone happy holidays! I hope you all find happiness every day this coming year! Let’s survive and thrive!”
“Happy holidays! Happy holidays!”
“Cheers!”

Chapter 460 A Night of Celebrations
With Riley leading the toast, everyone stood up, raising their glasses and exchanging blessings.
Over eighty cups clinked together, ringing out with crisp, clear chimes.

The High Court wine was incredibly rich and mellow. The moment it hit their tongues, a wave of warmth flowed down their throats and spread through every limb and bone.
It wasn’t just the alcohol; it was the trace magical recovery buffs infused in the wine taking effect. After a few glasses, the accumulated exhaustion and hidden injuries from the past few days felt completely washed away, pushing everyone’s mood even higher.
After a few rounds of drinks and clearing out half the food.
Someone threw out a suggestion, and everyone scrambled to push the center tables away, forcefully clearing out a circular “grand stage” right in the middle of the tavern.
“We spend every day brawling with Ghouls and monsters. It’s rare we get a chance to relax! Who wants to come up and perform something to keep the party going?!” NorthWind stood at the edge of the stage, shouting at the top of his lungs, acting as the impromptu MC.
“I’ll go! I’ll go!” Fly, riding a serious alcohol buzz, jumped onto the stage. “I’m gonna perform the Iron Head Rock Smash for you
all!”
Except, he couldn’t find a large rock, so he grabbed an ice block instead. With a loud SMASH, he slammed it against his forehead. The ice block shattered perfectly.
However, it also left him seeing stars, completely disoriented and stumbling around the stage.
That opening act completely pushed the atmosphere over the edge.
A chaotic flurry of wild, impromptu performances took the stage one after another.
Hanna led a group in a folk song, using chopsticks to beat out a rhythm on the table.
A massive group sing–along was the true essence of a folk song, giving it an entirely different, powerful flavor.
