With a single stomp from Riley, the kinetic gale, laced with crackling electricity, instantly blew away the remaining smoke.
Before the assassins could even process what was happening, Riley moved.
Charge activated.
A blast of kinetic pressure detonated beneath her boots, and she collided violently with the incoming assassins!
Riley flicked her wrists, and the edges of her battleaxes ignited with a sinister glow–the absolute hallmark that her “Bloodlust” and “Whirlwind” special effects were fully primed.
“Get out of my way.”
Riley let out a low growl, torquing her waist with explosive power, driving both axes straight into the two closest targets.
Power Strike!
CLANG CRUNCH!!
The two vanguards, along with the heavy–armored warrior holding a tower shield right behind them trying to provide cover, took the strike full force.
The shield–bearer and the two assassins were cleaved square in the chest by the brutal axe blow. All three simultaneously vomited massive mouthfuls of blood as the horrifying kinetic impact launched them over forty feet backward through the air!
SMASH! SMASH! SMASH!
The three bodies crashed violently into the rear bone cage. The/sickening sound of snapping spines echoed loudly.
One assassin died on impact, bursting into a multi–colored loot orb.
The other two slumped to the ground, their status unknown.
“What… what kind of freakish power is that?!” MadBone, standing on the high ledge, watched the scene unfold, his sadistic grin freezing solid as his eyes bugged out.
One axe swing, that much devastating power–what the hell kind of tier was this Warrior in?!
He was already Level 24, and his gear wasn’t weak by any stretch. But even if he dumped every single stat point into Strength, he couldn’t replicate that kind of raw combat power.
Riley didn’t pause for a microsecond after her successful strike. That blow had required her full strength; she had to dictate the tempo before the enemy could recover.
She slammed the brakes on her forward momentum, stomping her right foot violently into the floor.
With a sickening crunch, a massive patch of bone was pulverized into dust. Leveraging the massive recoil, she executed a physics- defying, razor–sharp pivot, charging directly into the enemy’s secondary flanking formation.
And right then, Hope Guild’s counter–offensive truly began.

*You really think I’m just some soft target you can roll over?!”
A lethal glint flashed in anna’s eyes.
The millisecond Riley shattered the enemy formation, Hanna whipped a slender, silver longsword from beneath her cloak.
She ghosted through the piles of bones, her blade specifically targeting the enemies Riley had knocked off balance.
Every flick of her wrist aimed for a fatal weak point, putting the enemy on the absolute defensive.
Lonewolf yanked his Gust Light Crossbow–the one with the massive knockback effect—from his waist. Not only that, his other hand was holding an armor–piercing heavy arbalest radiating a dangerous purple glow!
Thwip–thwip–thwip–thwip-!
A thick bolt tore through the air, screaming straight into the enemy’s backline.
Seeing the tide turn, Ketchup and the others felt their morale skyrocket.
They locked down the frontline and started pulling out the explosive items they had just bought in the market, initiating a carpet- bombing run.
BOOM! BOOM!
Deafening explosions bounced off the narrow corridor walls, drowning out the screams of the enemy.
In a single exchange, the Hound Alliance–who thought they held all the cards–were completely scrambled by Hope Guild’s seamless, hyper–violent counter–attack. Their offensive collapsed instantly.
This wasn’t just a byproduct of superior stats and gear; this was the raw combat experience forged in the life–or–death crucible of
the NorthWind base defense.
The seven–man squad’s defensive–counter formation had utterly seized the rhythm of the battlefield.
The ambushers, so arrogant a minute ago, finally realized what kind of terrifying titanium wall they had just kicked.
These weren’t fat sheep waiting to be slaughtered; they were apex predators.
Inside the Corridor of Bones, the lingering purple toxic smoke had been completely shredded by the shockwaves.
The Bloodlust effect on Riley’s dual axes was fully uncaged, the blades enveloped in a dark, bloody aura. Every swing didn’t just deal horrific damage; it actively siphoned the enemy’s life force to heal her.
