THE ALPHA’S NANNY.
Chapter 100
He staggered to his room and opened the closet, picking out a shirt.
If his brother knew their location then he had to act fast. Lori and the baby would not be safe. Especially if they were going to be his brother’s target.
Gabriel crouched touched the blood on the floor. It was cold. He had been dead for at least a few hours. He was too late.

He sniffed the blood. Silver. There was silver in his bloodstream. No wonder. He oked at his placid wrists and saw blood and angry bruises. He must have
struggled to get them off.
There was just one bullet, a clean straight shot to his chest, aiming right for the heart, the front of his shirt was covered in dark red blood. Tony’s eyes
remained opened and lifeless. Gabriel slowly reached out and closed them.
The other body, although he didn’t know the woman, he presumed she was his wife was in worse condition. Gabriel felt like she was shot first, the bullet to
her head had blown her brains out. It looked horrible.
She had also turned up missing. Gabriel sighed, massaging his temple slowly.
When he found out that Tony was missing he never expected him to turn up dead he still held out hope that it was nothing serious.
But this was no ordinary squabble. This was a threat. Against him.
A member of his pack was dead. A member and his mate. Killed in cold blood, worse silver bullets too.
He had found out Tony was missing when Tony didn’t pick Draco’s calls when Draco asked him to come deliver a package to the house. This had made him worried so he checked the GPS location of the car, the car had been left in some mameless garage and Tony wasn’t picking up.
This further alarmed Gabriel. So they started tracking Tony with the spyware that was installed on his phone. Last location the spyware had before it stopped tracking was some warehouse outside of Denver.
Gabriel and a few of his men had drove to check it out. Only problem was that they were a few hours too late.
Gabriel stood up from the body and looked around. His men were clearing the sche. The bloody chair, setting up body bags to put in the body.
Draco walked towards him, his face was gaunt and hard.
‘I sent some men over to your house, Just to be safe. They’ll keep watch.”
Draco said and Gabriel nodded.
‘Did you pick up anything?!”
He asked and Draco nodded.
“They were werewolves too… could smell one of them on the woman’s body.”
Gabriel sighed.
‘Why would they use silver bullets though? That is very unusual..”

Werewolves didn’t use silver. It wasn’t their way. It was considered sacrilegious fe a werewolf to kill another using silver. Because silver wasn’t the weapon
of wolves.
It was the weapon of hunters. And it reminded them of a time when they used to be hunted for what they were. It was a deep insult.
Gabriel took it as an act of war.
‘What else do you smell?”
He asked and Draco sighed.
“It’s been a few hours…. I couldn’t catch much except for the fact that they were werewolves.”
One female. One male.”
“What do we do? Tony has a little daughter…”
Draco added and Gabriel clenched his fists in anger.
“Go check on her. Make sure she’s fine. And protected.”
Draco nodded.
“What do your think they’re after? Is this an attack on you?”
Oh it definitely was.
Because there was no other reason.
Someone was out to get him. And he really couldn’t think of anyone else but Sabine.
Sabine Reinhardt.
But for her to act. For her to be so brazen.
She must have a trick or two up her sleeves.
