Chapter 114 The Path to Elite Soldiers
Third-person POV:
Elite special-forces?!
Harvey and Ashton exchanged a look.
No way! This is wild!

Special-forces soldiers were already at the top of the entire military. And now a bunch of rookies like them, kids who didn’t even know basic military rules, were being told they could become elite special-forces soldiers?
That was crazy and honestly kind of awesome.
For a second, both of them almost wanted to yell in excitement.
But that feeling died instantly when Thora spoke again.
“Of course, with your skills right now, you’re nowhere close to elite level,” Thora said bluntly. “Well, except for Shirley.”
Shirley was a top sniper. Her accuracy, endurance, and focus already matched elite standards.
Her only problem was her wolf power. It often slipped out of control, turning into a danger instead of a strength. But if she learned to stabilize it and use that power for bursts of strength and sharper senses, her sniping power would double. At least.
She fully deserved the word clite.
Shirley lifted her chin with pride at the praise.
Ashton and Harvey felt a little crushed. So, they were worse than a tiny girl?
“But it’s fine,” Thora added, smiling a little. “Starting tomorrow, I’ll give you some training.”
Her eyes swept across everyone present. “All of you.”
Last, her gaze settled on Felix, who looked discouraged. “Felix,” she said firmly.
Felix straightened at once. “Yes, Thora!”
“You too.”
Felix’s face lit up, and he grinned. “Yes, Thora!”
Thora hadn’t included Felix earlier for two reasons. First, she wanted him to choose his path.
Second, he was only fifteen and still figuring out who he was. If he chose the same path as her, she wouldn’t mind keeping him by her side.
She chose these people because each one of them carried some unique qualities a top-tier team must have.

The tactics and training system there were far more advanced and powerful than anything this world had.
So she had full confidence that she could shape her soldiers into the strongest unit of their kind- unstoppable and unmatched.
As if their paths had suddenly become clear, every pair of eyes around her shone with newfound determination.
Shirley’s stomach suddenly growled. She looked up at Thora with big, pitiful eyes. “Thora, I’m hungry.”
Felix twitched at the corner of his mouth. Oh come on, don’t act cute now!
“Thora, I’m hungry too,” Felix pouted.
Harvey blinked. Huh? What is this? Are these two fighting for attention now?
Thora finally remembered it was about time for dinner. She was just about to say they should all go out to eat when the doorbell rang.
Ashton instantly slipped into the housekeeper mode. He jogged to the door and opened it. “Who is it?”
“Hello, did someone here request a butler service?” A middle-aged man’s voice came from outside.
Meanwhile, less than half a mile away at a large private estate.
Darius stood by the window, staring into the darkness. Only one distant house glowed faintly against the night, the one Thora lived in.
