Chapter 194 You’ll Regret It
“Your strategy work are outstanding. Here’s the deal: if you join our strategy team, I’ll waive all your course requirements. You’ll only need to earn 3,000 credits.”
“The Public Dungeon Studies would also be a great fit for you. You could even just send a contract beast to attend classes for you, and you’d get all the course knowledge. If you join us, I’ll drop the minor requirement down to 2,000 credits.”
“Joanna, are you interested in Paranormal Dungeon Studies? The video of your duel with Garfield is still up on the official site. You really have a knack for rule-based dungeons. You could earn credits in every other subject without even trying, but minoring in Paranormal Dungeon Studies could be a real challenge for you.”
“Since you’re already thinking about a minor, why not add Beast-type Dungeon Studies to your list, too?”
Joanna didn’t know whether to laugh or cry.
The Paranormal Dungeon Studies major were brutal on the brain. Joanna didn’t mind that, but their dungeons always carried bad vibes, and she didn’t want any part of that.
The only professors who didn’t come to recruit her were from Apocalyptic Survival Dungeon Studies.
That major focused on surviving extreme weather, doomsday, or wasteland dungeons. The fighting against zombies and mutants was secondary; the real work was researching history and scavenging in the dungeons. The professors figured Joanna would never choose them, so they didn’t bother.
In the end, after a few rounds of convincing, Joanna decided to minor in Strategy Team Dungeon Studies and Public Dungeon Studies.
At Divine and Demonic Academy, each semester lasted six months. As long as students earned enough credits, the rest of their time was their own. One semester only required 4,000 credits, which was a breeze for her.
Half a day later, the warship touched down.
Everyone arrived at Divine and Demonic Academy.
The Divine Demonic Planet was huge-thousands of times bigger than Earth. The Academy stretched out into a full-blown city.
“Welcome, Joanna, to Divine and Demonic Academy. Since this is your first time here, your AI assistant will be installed automatically.”

“Hi Joanna, welcome! You have the next 20 days off. Remember to check in when classes start! -your student advisor, Alex.”
“Hello, Joanne! I’m thrilled to have a top student like you in the strategy team. We’re on break now, but if you have any questions about strategies, feel free to reach out. I graduated from the strategy team myself! -your student advisor, Avery.”
“Joanna, I am glad that you chose to minor in Public Dungeon Studies. Classes will be arranged after the break, and there are no credits for dungeons youc completed before class officially starts. Get some rest and stay strong-you never know when you’ll be needed for a big fight! your student advisor, Morgan.”
Joanna replied to each of them, letting them know she
got
their messages.

Meanwhile, in Bloodmoon’s lair, Viola sat with a dark expression, staring at her own petrified hands, her eyes filled with hatred.
A few members of Bloodmoon appeared nearby. Seeing Viola in such a sorry state, some mocked her, some laughed, and a few frowned.
“This new top student at Divine and Demonic Academy is incredibly strong-maybe even on track to become a divine spirit. She’s a real threat. Should we activate the trigger the moles we planted in the Academy and take her out?”
“It wasn’t easy to plant our moles inside the Divine and Demonic Academy, and you want to use them just to kill an affinity talent summoner? Come on, she’s just another early-game class, nothing to worry about.”
“That’s right. No matter how strong she gets, she’ll end up just like Helen. Helen still hasn’t broken through to Mythic-level. What’s the rush?”

“Her summoned beasts are powerful, but that’s not the same as her own strength. Unless another human becomes a divine spirit, Evil Gods will always be on top.”
Viola looked at her arms, but inwardly, she scoffed.
They think she isn’t strong enough? Seriously?
Joanna was only a Level 25 summoner, yet she had managed to destroy both her arms-a Level 50 Saintess’s arms. It was so bad that Viola couldn’t heal, and she had to rely on her Evil God’s petrification ability to stop the damage.
