Chapter 210 The Silver Wolf Devours the Moon
Everyone turned to look at Joanna. When they saw the academy uniform on her, someone froze and then widened their
eyes.
Joanna was wearing a Divine and Demonic Academy uniform.
That meant real credentials.
But Joanna’s level was too low.
“You’re only Level 28,” a Level 40 professional said with a frown. “Your combat power is strong, but you don’t have enough mission experience. We should listen to someone with a higher
level.”
He clearly didn’t want to hand over command.
Level didn’t always mean strength, but it did mean experience.
Higher level meant more battles, more kills, and more time on the field.
Joanna was too young, they didn’t accept her.
She didn’t waste time arguing.
“Wait a moment. Let me deal with Crimson Moon first. As long as it’s still active, people in the town will keep dying.”
She knew Nighthowl had once devoured a Crimson Moon and gained a special modifier from it.
This moon was created through human sacrifice. It was no different.
The moment Nighthowl heard her, he transformed into a behemoth.
A massive silver wolf rose into the sky. It grew larger and larger, blocking out the stars. Then it opened its jaws and swallowed the crimson moon whole.
Crunch! Crunch!
The sound of flesh being chewed echoed through the air.
A huge surge of energy flooded Nighthowl’s body. The blood sacrifice activated by Viola had gathered massive attribute points. The Evil God received most of these attribute points, sharing only a small portion with the casters.

Now, all of it was devoured by Nighthowl.
The moment the crimson moon vanished, the circle collapsed. The red light faded, and the town returned to normal. In the distance, light from a nearby star broke through the darkness. The heat poured down, dry and stinging against their skin.
This planet was always hot. A true wasteland world.
After this disaster, the damaged town suffered heavy losses. Only a few thousand people were likely still alive.
“They’re trying to escape,” Joanna said calmly. “Come with me. We need to stop them.”
She activated Astral Step, bringing the group with her.
From the sky, the giant silver wolf struck downward. A space blade tore through the air, ripping open a portal.
Viola and the others had nowhere to run.
“Damn bounty hunters,” Viola cursed.
The circle had shattered, she knew she had to fight them head-on.
Space energy rippled around them. Joanna and her team appeared, surrounding Viola’s group.
Lucas and the others locked their eyes on Joanna. Their gazes were greedy, like starving beasts.
“Joanna,” Neil said, slowly looking her up and down. “We finally meet again. You’ve gotten prettier. Well deserved to be the girl I like.”
“Bah!”
Lucien spat, sending out a spinning gust of wind.
“Who do you think you are? You don’t deserve to say that.”
His mouth didn’t stop, and neither did his skills. The whirlwind swept forward, mixed with sharp wind blades. Several people were injured at once. Neil, the main target, even got a cut across his face.
For someone obsessed with perfection, that was unacceptable.
He immediately tried to cast a healing spell. It failed.
The wound wouldn’t close.

was a blood debt.
“Die!”
Viola drew her weapon. Her slender saber flashed with cold light as she slashed at Lucien.
At the same time, Joanna activated a skill.
Symbiotic Fusion.
Lucien’s body turned into pure energy and merged into Joanna. Black-and-white wings spread from her back.
Nighthowl in the sky and Alwyn beside her fused in as well.
And more than that, Nighthowl’s power had just surged. It stacked onto Joanna. She gained a new modifier.
Plunder.
