"Autonomous vehicles haven't officially launched on a global scale yet. We still have time. Fortune is a fickle mistress. It's too early to say who'll truly win the market once these cars are commercially available."
What Lilian said wasn't entirely wrong.
However, Harvey knew very well that his own tech company had failed to produce any real competitive breakthroughs for years. He also knew it wasn't easy to gain a technological edge.
After all, if achieving tech breakthroughs were simple, there wouldn't be so few tech giants in the world, whether in the country or abroad.
The key to technological breakthroughs lay in gaining the upper hand early.
And Velotra's breakthrough wasn't just on one front—it was on multiple fronts, and their advancements had global significance.
Other companies could only look up to Velotra or try to catch up. That might take a year or two at best, or ten to twenty years at worst.
Wynn sat down and shook her head. "Trevor didn't say anything."
Lilian, in the middle of lifting her teacup, froze. "What do you mean?"
Wynn answered, "Regarding Velotra's launch today, he didn't say a word."
Trevor hadn't commented at all—not on Celeste, not on Velotra's future. Nothing.
Lilian froze again.
Harvey and Linda both looked stunned.
This wasn't like Trevor at all.
Velotra's launch was putting InnovaTech under such massive pressure.
Under normal circumstances, Trevor would have comforted Wynn, told her not to worry, and then carefully analyzed Velotra's tech breakthroughs from every angle—technical, market, and business—and discussed what strategies they needed to adopt to overcome the current crisis.
But this time, he'd said nothing.

I just need an effing glimpse to what goes around in Trevor's mind. Author - do something about it please There is not even a single mention about what Trevor really wants - interested in Celeste? If yes, then why there is no reaction on seeing people courting Celeste...
I love the story bt really death slow... Y cant you post 5 to 10 chapters per day????...
This reads like a daily diary account...and not a story with a planned plotline. Author, we would share if you took the time to start developing the story, rather than dragging it out with outlines. no depth, no character development, not even the overused tropes are present, just a daily itinerary. We want you to do well..but you have to put the work in making it a viable story...
The storyline is moving painfully slow.. Will we ever get to hear Trevor's side of story? Currently the mixed signals from Trevor are just confusing and frustrating. He is using Jordyn to postpone the divorce and side by side ignoring Wynn to the level that he didnt invite her to the Fleming group banquet. But when asked about clarifying divorce to Jordyn, he is not doing so. Awfully frustrating...
Team beck or Caleb. Trevor has wynn saved his contact as 'babe', kissing her in office and spending nights with her. How in initial chapters Trevor pushed jordyn towards wynn without caring about a mother's feelings. Now he is two timing, suddenly interested in Celeste after knowing background and leaving wynnn behind. Spineless man. He knows cels history with her father, still chose to support them. I don't how people are rooting for cel and Trevor. I wish truth comes out. Cel deserves someone who loves her with whole heart. She thrives in her field. Beck saw cel when she was not famous. But Caleb is good option too. I hope Celeste grows spine starts to demand explaination for dragging divorce....
Author - dont you think the story has been dragged as is? Now, you want to include the angle of Wynn being pregnant as well? God, i really want to know Trevor side of story, why is he playing both sides?...
Are they going to compromise for Jordyns sake? I'll be sad for Celeste if that happens. Why is author giving mixed signals in almost every alternate chapter? Initially Trevor and Wynn were always appearing together along with huge PDA, then Trevor seems involved with Celeste - when she was under alcohol influence, then Trevor seemed to be ignoring Wynn - all the while divorce proceedings are still on and now Jordyn is getting depressed because of their situation. Feels like we are just roaming around the bush or the author is making us do that. Sigh!!...
I don't understand where this story is headed to.. I can't seem to know what Trevor is thinking, in late 500 chapters, he was seen dodging the divorce, ignoring Wynn and now at 624, he is planning on how to tell Jordyn about the divorce. This is messed up!...
