Trevor and Jacob left quickly.
Watching Trevor's hurried departure, Lazarus said, "Mr. Fleming looked so worried and left in such a rush... I'd guess something must have happened."
Celeste's heart skipped a beat, and she couldn't help but feel concerned. Could it be that Martha's condition had suddenly worsened?
Thinking of this, she quickly took out her phone from her bag.
If something really had happened to Martha, Trevor would definitely have messaged her the moment he left the private dining room.
But when she checked her phone, there were no messages from him. So, his urgent departure probably had nothing to do with Martha.
Realizing this, she finally felt relieved.
The doctor gestured for them to quiet down, and when the Shaw family finally calmed, he said,
"The head injury isn't life-threatening, but the exact situation will have to be confirmed after the patient regains consciousness and we run some tests."
The Lockets and the Shaws surrounded the doctor, asking countless questions, while Trevor instructed Zeke to go downstairs and complete the hospital admission paperwork for Wynn.
Once the admission was done, everyone gathered around Wynn's hospital bed, showing their concern.
Jacob had gone back to the company, so only Zeke stayed with Trevor at the hospital.
Trevor had originally planned to leave on a business trip tomorrow, but before heading to lunch with Celeste, something had come up, and their trip was moved forward.
Zeke checked the time, walked over to Trevor, and whispered, "Mr. Fleming, it's already 2:30 pm If we don't leave for the airport by three, we won't make it in time..."
Although the doctor had said Wynn's injuries weren't life-threatening, her head trauma was still quite serious. She probably wouldn't wake up for another hour or so...

I just need an effing glimpse to what goes around in Trevor's mind. Author - do something about it please There is not even a single mention about what Trevor really wants - interested in Celeste? If yes, then why there is no reaction on seeing people courting Celeste...
I love the story bt really death slow... Y cant you post 5 to 10 chapters per day????...
This reads like a daily diary account...and not a story with a planned plotline. Author, we would share if you took the time to start developing the story, rather than dragging it out with outlines. no depth, no character development, not even the overused tropes are present, just a daily itinerary. We want you to do well..but you have to put the work in making it a viable story...
The storyline is moving painfully slow.. Will we ever get to hear Trevor's side of story? Currently the mixed signals from Trevor are just confusing and frustrating. He is using Jordyn to postpone the divorce and side by side ignoring Wynn to the level that he didnt invite her to the Fleming group banquet. But when asked about clarifying divorce to Jordyn, he is not doing so. Awfully frustrating...
Team beck or Caleb. Trevor has wynn saved his contact as 'babe', kissing her in office and spending nights with her. How in initial chapters Trevor pushed jordyn towards wynn without caring about a mother's feelings. Now he is two timing, suddenly interested in Celeste after knowing background and leaving wynnn behind. Spineless man. He knows cels history with her father, still chose to support them. I don't how people are rooting for cel and Trevor. I wish truth comes out. Cel deserves someone who loves her with whole heart. She thrives in her field. Beck saw cel when she was not famous. But Caleb is good option too. I hope Celeste grows spine starts to demand explaination for dragging divorce....
Author - dont you think the story has been dragged as is? Now, you want to include the angle of Wynn being pregnant as well? God, i really want to know Trevor side of story, why is he playing both sides?...
Are they going to compromise for Jordyns sake? I'll be sad for Celeste if that happens. Why is author giving mixed signals in almost every alternate chapter? Initially Trevor and Wynn were always appearing together along with huge PDA, then Trevor seems involved with Celeste - when she was under alcohol influence, then Trevor seemed to be ignoring Wynn - all the while divorce proceedings are still on and now Jordyn is getting depressed because of their situation. Feels like we are just roaming around the bush or the author is making us do that. Sigh!!...
I don't understand where this story is headed to.. I can't seem to know what Trevor is thinking, in late 500 chapters, he was seen dodging the divorce, ignoring Wynn and now at 624, he is planning on how to tell Jordyn about the divorce. This is messed up!...
