That day, after Celeste had lunch with Trevor and Jordyn, she went home.
Later that night, Jordyn called again.
She didn't call Celeste's cellphone. Instead, she called the Rodriguez residence's landline.
Betty was the one who answered.
Hearing why Jordyn was calling, the old lady immediately laughed. "Jo, you want to go camping? Your mother is free. Just come over tomorrow morning."
Celeste happened to be coming downstairs and frowned when she heard that.
After hanging up, Betty patted her hand meaningfully. "Jo is your daughter. There's nothing wrong with spending more time with her."
…
Meanwhile, not long after Jordyn ended the call, Wynn gave Trevor a call.
When she learned that he and Celeste would be accompanying Jordyn on a camping trip the next day, she paused.
"Trevor... Can you not go tomorrow? There's somewhere I want you to go with me."
Trevor said, "Sorry. I already promised Jo. It wouldn't be right to back out last minute."
They had just met Celeste earlier that day. Did Jordyn really want to see Celeste that much? And was it truly Jordyn who wanted to go camping... Or was Trevor simply going along with the act?
Of course, Wynn didn't say any of that aloud. She stayed silent for two seconds, then said, "Alright, it's fine. Next time then."
…
The next morning, when Jordyn arrived at the Rodriguez residence, Celeste halted in her tracks the moment she saw Trevor.
She had already been surprised to see him yesterday. Seeing him again today, she was still taken aback.
She genuinely hadn't expected him to show up two days in a row.
But since Betty had already agreed for her, she couldn't go back on it. So, she got in the car.
The campsite was a place that Trevor and Jordyn had booked in advance.
Once Trevor finished reading, he put on his gloves and started working.
When the two finished reading, he asked, "Jo, did you memorize the steps?"
Jordyn nodded enthusiastically. "Dad, I remember them!"
"Good. Then bring whatever parts I need next, alright?"
"Okay!"
Since it was just the three of them, Celeste had no choice but to help as well.
Jordyn really did have a good memory and seemed to understand the instructions clearly.
Whenever Celeste or Trevor needed a specific part, she almost never grabbed the wrong one. And every time she got it right, Trevor praised her.
So, Jordyn stayed energetic and cheerful the whole time, never tired at all.
They didn't mess up any steps, and soon, the tent was fully set up.

The readers' comments on the novel: The Breaking Point of Love (Celeste and Trevor)
I feel like reading the novel from everyone else's perspective, but the main characters. There has never been a glimpse on Trevor's side of thoughts or intentions. He feels like a ghost in this whole storyline. Although i am glad that Mathias revealed the truth about Celeste, but it still feels empty without main character's thoughts or feelings or voices being shared....
Wynn's reputation is over. I read all these chapters for this moment... I'm really glad that Matthias finally said everything at once. All thanks to the fool Quinton...
So we're going to keep going in circles atp, nothing was revealed that we didn't already know,I mean I would've at least liked to see Trevor's reaction to finding out his wife is the co-owner and coder to CUAP,find out who drugged them.Whats happening with the military blacksite, how come Celeste is so quiet she never stands up for herself. All we're getting is reaction's from side character's who don't matter...
Yes.. I'm looking forward to the upcoming chapters......
I don't really understand the writer. Why are Trevor and Celeste silent now? Isn't it about them?...
Who the helly is georgette 😆...
Alas..the truth that has been buried since…is prevailing....
I just love how tables have turned....
About time… now where’s Trevor, Harvey’s and the others public shame???...
After this moment, the day of the downfall of the Shaw and Lockett families began....
