Just then, Matthias happened to lean over to speak to her and accidentally saw the message Trevor had sent.
He was startled. "Not divorce? What does he mean by that?"
Did this mean Trevor no longer wanted to divorce her?
"No."
Celeste knew exactly what he was thinking and replied calmly, "It's for Jo."
"She knows about the divorce?"
"No..."
Celeste briefly explained the situation to him.
Matthias fell silent for a long moment. "And you? What do you think?"
The fact that Trevor was willing to delay the divorce for the sake of the child honestly surprised him.
From this, it was clear that Trevor truly cared about their daughter.
If Trevor could choose not to divorce her, at least for Jordyn's sake, then she could do the same.
It was just that...
She hesitated for a moment before replying to Trevor's message. "I'll think about it."
He replied quickly. "Okay."
By noon, Celeste and Matthias received a message from Zachary, saying that Theodore wanted to invite them over for dinner at his place that evening and asked if they were free.
The last time Celeste had gone to the military base, she had helped Theodore with some matters.
Back then, he had said he wanted to treat her to a meal when he had the chance.
Celeste and Matthias quickly replied to Zachary.
After work, they left the Fleming Group and were about to head to the Robinson residence when they saw Trevor and Wynn downstairs.
Seeing them, Trevor greeted them. "Not staying for dinner before leaving?"
Matthias curled his lips, glanced lightly at Wynn, and replied with faint sarcasm, "No. We have other plans."
Matthias curled his lips, ignored him, and walked inside with Celeste.
When Theodore saw Celeste, he stood up warmly. "Cel, Matt, you're here! Come, sit down."
Celeste and Matthias greeted him in unison, "Mr. Robinson."
Theodore smiled and nodded.
Jorge didn't say anything and silently came over to pour tea for Celeste and Matthias.
Theodore smiled. "Still, you did help me a great deal."
Jorge frowned.

I just need an effing glimpse to what goes around in Trevor's mind. Author - do something about it please There is not even a single mention about what Trevor really wants - interested in Celeste? If yes, then why there is no reaction on seeing people courting Celeste...
I love the story bt really death slow... Y cant you post 5 to 10 chapters per day????...
This reads like a daily diary account...and not a story with a planned plotline. Author, we would share if you took the time to start developing the story, rather than dragging it out with outlines. no depth, no character development, not even the overused tropes are present, just a daily itinerary. We want you to do well..but you have to put the work in making it a viable story...
The storyline is moving painfully slow.. Will we ever get to hear Trevor's side of story? Currently the mixed signals from Trevor are just confusing and frustrating. He is using Jordyn to postpone the divorce and side by side ignoring Wynn to the level that he didnt invite her to the Fleming group banquet. But when asked about clarifying divorce to Jordyn, he is not doing so. Awfully frustrating...
Team beck or Caleb. Trevor has wynn saved his contact as 'babe', kissing her in office and spending nights with her. How in initial chapters Trevor pushed jordyn towards wynn without caring about a mother's feelings. Now he is two timing, suddenly interested in Celeste after knowing background and leaving wynnn behind. Spineless man. He knows cels history with her father, still chose to support them. I don't how people are rooting for cel and Trevor. I wish truth comes out. Cel deserves someone who loves her with whole heart. She thrives in her field. Beck saw cel when she was not famous. But Caleb is good option too. I hope Celeste grows spine starts to demand explaination for dragging divorce....
Author - dont you think the story has been dragged as is? Now, you want to include the angle of Wynn being pregnant as well? God, i really want to know Trevor side of story, why is he playing both sides?...
Are they going to compromise for Jordyns sake? I'll be sad for Celeste if that happens. Why is author giving mixed signals in almost every alternate chapter? Initially Trevor and Wynn were always appearing together along with huge PDA, then Trevor seems involved with Celeste - when she was under alcohol influence, then Trevor seemed to be ignoring Wynn - all the while divorce proceedings are still on and now Jordyn is getting depressed because of their situation. Feels like we are just roaming around the bush or the author is making us do that. Sigh!!...
I don't understand where this story is headed to.. I can't seem to know what Trevor is thinking, in late 500 chapters, he was seen dodging the divorce, ignoring Wynn and now at 624, he is planning on how to tell Jordyn about the divorce. This is messed up!...
