The Breaking Point of Love (Celeste and Trevor) novel Chapter 718
When Celeste arrived at the restaurant, Betty and Martha were already there.
As soon as Martha saw her, she greeted her warmly and was just about to ask her to have a seat when her phone rang.
Martha's face quickly darkened soon after she answered the call. A short while later, she frowned and said, "Okay" before hanging up.
"It was Trevor." Martha turned to Celeste and Betty, looking apologetic.
"He was already on his way here, but something urgent suddenly came up at the company. So, he won't be able to join us for this meal."
Celeste and Betty said it was fine. And they genuinely meant it.
They had only come because they didn't want to reject Martha's kind intentions. Besides, they were sincerely happy for her that Lincoln had finally regained consciousness.
After lunch, once it was about time, Celeste returned to YodaVision to continue work.
Although Lincoln had woken up, Celeste didn't visit the hospital again.
With Matthias away, Celeste spent the next two days fully focused on her work. Matthias returned on the third day.
At noon that day, the two of them arranged to have lunch together while discussing some upcoming work plans.
But they happened to run into the Lockets and Shaws after arriving at the restaurant and getting out of the car.
The expressions on both families' faces turned unpleasant the moment they saw them.
Looking at their reactions, Matthias asked, "What's with them?"
He remembered that the last time the Lockets and Shaws saw Celeste, they had looked rather smug after Wynn gained the Fleming family's approval.
So, why now…
Celeste paused briefly before replying, "Probably because Trevor and I aren't divorced yet."
Linda wanted to ask whether Trevor had mentioned when Wynn would be able to visit Lincoln and Queenie at the hospital.
After all, Wynn still hadn't gone to see them since the accident.
And it wasn't that she didn't want to.
Linda grew annoyed again at the thought of this.
Trevor now essentially owed Celeste a favor in this matter.
So, even if Lincoln's condition improved, it probably wouldn't be appropriate for Trevor to immediately bring up the divorce with Celeste again.

I think there wont be a closure anytime soon, with the speed with which the story is flowing. New characters are being introduced, sides and opinions are being formed blindly - yet no one is ever discussing anything with each other. This is by far the most frustrating novel i have read and yet, come back for an update in a hope that there may be something in reader's favor now. Sigh! There is nothing. If author doesn't want to take Celeste Trevor route, then let Celeste move on like Trevor has. Enough with this beating around the bush....

I can't even believe there are almost 800 chapters and absolutely no story line advances. Basically Trevor is absolute trash and deserves to be mocked and scorned because of his cheating nature, bringing his mistress around like he's single and flaunting the billions he spends on her as if he is not already married for 7 years. Celeste deserves everyone to know her story and be free of this loser....
Very slow in updating chapters😔.... Tat too only one... It vil be useful if updates have 5 chap a day or atleast 3 per day...
I am getting frustrated with story, what is the point in dragging this on? How come Celeste is always portrayed as the villain when she hasn’t done anything wrong? Get on with outing Wynn, I’m sick of her!...

Why am i reading this novel still? In what hope, seriously? To have Trevor regret his choices? To get some clarity or closure on so many gaps this novel offers? To have Shaws & Lockets ever face repercussions? To get clarity on Celeste's mother life? Because seriously, 720+ chapters gone by and from last 350 chapter - there has been no significant progress, the story has been playing around in loops. This is just sad...
