Naturally, Celeste was leaving the Fleming manor as well.
She said to Jordyn, "I'm taking Granny home. Will you stay here and keep Nana company?"
Hearing that, Jordyn could only nod obediently. "Okay."
Celeste and Betty then returned to the Rodriguez residence.
A little after ten that night, after finishing her shower, Celeste noticed that Trevor had sent her a message a few minutes earlier.
He informed her that Queenie had woken up and was officially out of danger. As for Lincoln, he was still unconscious and there was no telling when he would wake up.
After reading the message, Celeste simply replied with a brief answer before putting down her phone.
Although Celeste was concerned about the Fleming family's situation, it wasn't appropriate for her to be overly involved.
So, she returned to work as usual the next day.
As for Martha, Betty would make time to accompany her. Celeste would also call from time to time to check on her.
Since Trevor had to stay overnight at the hospital while also juggling work matters, he remained busy until Saturday. So, Jordyn was left in Celeste's care.
Martha spent most of her daytime hours at the hospital for a few days since Lincoln's condition was still uncertain.
Throughout the weekend, whenever Jordyn went to visit Lincoln and Queenie, Celeste would accompany her. That way, she could also spend some time keeping Martha company.
Although Queenie had regained consciousness, her injuries were severe and she would need to remain hospitalized for some time.
She merely gave Celeste a polite nod when she brought Jordyn to visit.
As Lincoln was still in a coma, Celeste brought Jordyn back to the Rodriguez residence on Sunday night.
On Monday morning, just after they had gotten up, Celeste received a call from Martha.
On the other end, Martha was so overjoyed that she was nearly crying as she told Celeste that Lincoln had finally regained consciousness.
Although he had only been awake briefly before falling asleep again, he'd been declared to have passed the critical stage.

It was another message from Trevor. "Are you free at noon? I'd like to treat you and our grandmothers to a meal."
After reading it, Celeste frowned before replying, "There's no need for that."
Then, Trevor responded, "But I've already told Grandma. She also wants to celebrate the good news with you."
"Okay."

Betty then said, "I already know. Martha personally called me earlier."
Celeste didn't expect that Martha would contact her grandmother. "Alright, I got it."
After hanging up, she focussed fully on work.
When it was close to noon, Trevor sent her the restaurant address.

The readers' comments on the novel: The Breaking Point of Love (Celeste and Trevor)
Matthias, you dropped this 👑...
Matthias, man, I love you 😭😭😭🤣🤣🤣🤣...
Wait do even Trevor’s friends didn’t know her relationship with Wynn? Did Trevor know?...
The uncovering of truth feels like a kid is peeling an onion layer by layer at extremely slow speed.. Truly exhausting...
Now how will Wynn and Lockett justify this? We've uncovered everything; we must finish this now, immediately....
I feel like the only thing to calm the issue is Zachary showing up and explaining she has been his student for the past 7 years. But doubt that will happen...
This is exhausting! Even with the truth spilled why are we so focused on the nonessential characters assumptions and opinions. This is spending not enough time on the MC. The ping pong of revelations and denial with corrections. Same exhausting pattern 😭😡...
I still feel we are too far from the closure..Author is just playing with us by updating the chapters excruciatingly slow and then with every chapter - revolving around the bush. People are still finding reasons to defend Wynn. I am afraid, the author will again leave the readers hanging, letting the rest of the story unfold after probably 1000 more chapters...
One chapter?! After 4 days of no updates 🤯...
This is Sisa, I want to put her underground... What kind of talk is this, man? She's taking advantage of Jordyn being here....
