The Disguised Billionaire She Rejected novel Chapter 166

Chapter 166

Marcus saw Six lose his footing, and without wasting even half a second, he rushed forward His sword sliced through the air one strike after another, each swing carrying enough force to split concrete. He didn’t give Six even the smallest chance to recover. Every attack came faster than the last, forcing Six to retreat again and again.

Clang Clang! Clang!

The sound of metal echoed throughout the abandoned factory as Six desperately used his twin daggers to block the incoming attacks. Sparks flew in every direction. His feet kept sliding backward across the dusty floor while Marcus advanced relentlessly, refusing to let the pressure ease for even a moment.

“Damn you!” Six roared as another heavy strike nearly knocked one of his daggers from his hand.

Marcus remained expressionless. He simply swung again. And again.

Six’s breathing became heavier. He knew he couldn’t continue defending forever. Suddenly, he leaped backward several meters before closing both eyes tightly. The blue aura around his body exploded violently, becoming several times denser than before.

Without warning, he slashed both glowing daggers through the empty air.

Boom!

A terrifying crescent-shaped wave of blue energy burst forward, tearing through everything in its path.

Marcus’ eyes widened. He barely had time to raise his sword before the attack slammed into him.

Bang!

His entire body was blasted backward like a broken kite. He crashed into a concrete pillar so hard that cracks immediately spread across it before he fell heavily onto the ground.

“Cough!”

A mouthful of blood sprayed from his lips. Every bone in his body screamed in pain. Six slowly lowered his daggers and laughed.

“I intentionally saved this technique for last,” he said proudly. “Your energy is already running low. Let’s see how many more of these you can survive.”

He raised both daggers again. Another terrifying blue aura gathered around them.

Slash!

A second energy wave shot toward Marcus.

Boom!

Marcus had barely managed to stand before the attack struck him again, sending him tumbling across

the ground. Dust filled the air as pieces of broken concrete scattered everywhere.

Before Marcus could even catch his breath-

Slash!

A third wave came.

Bang!

His body rolled across the floor several times before finally stopping.

Blood trickled from the corner of his mouth.

His breathing became uneven. His arms felt numb from blocking the attacks.

“If this continues…” Marcus thought grimly. “…I’ll die.”

Six smirked coldly. “Let ends now.”

Blue aura surged around both daggers once more, even stronger than before.

Marcus slowly stood up.

Instead of dodging this time, he planted both feet firmly on the ground. He took a deep breath before holding his sword vertically in front of him. Then he slowly closed his eyes.

The next second-

Boom!

The blue wave crashed directly into his sword instead of hitting him.

“Ughhhhh!”

Marcus groaned loudly as the overwhelming force pushed him backward. His shoes dug deep grooves into the concrete floor while the pressure continued forcing him farther and farther back. His muscles trembled violently, his veins bulged across his arms.

The sword shook nonstop under the impact.

“Grrrrhhh!”

Marcus clenched his teeth harder, refusing to let go.

Then…The bracelet around his wrist suddenly flashed brilliantly.

A fourth bead lit up.

A powerful surge of warm energy instantly flooded every corner of his body. It simply means he had levelled up.

The exhaustion disappeared almost immediately.

His aura multiplied several times over.

Marcus slowly opened his eyes as a confident smirk appeared on his face. Now, it didn’t even like he was stopping anything at all.

With one final roar- “AHHHHH!”

He pushed his sword forward.

Boom!!

The entire blue wave reversed direction.

It rushed back toward Six with even greater force than before.

“W-What?!”

Six’s eyes nearly popped out of their sockets.

He hurriedly crossed both daggers in front of himself, trying to stop the returning attack.

But it was already too late.

Bang!!

The retaliation slammed directly into his body.

His entire figure flew through the air before crashing brutally into the factory wall.

Crack!

The concrete shattered on impact.

“PUAAAH!”

A huge mouthful of blood burst from Six’s mouth.

His arms hung limply.

Both daggers slipped from his fingers and clattered onto the floor.

His body slowly slid down the broken wall before collapsing onto the ground.

“Cough… cough…”

Blood continued pouring from his mouth as he struggled to breathe.

“F… fuck…”

No matter how hard he tried, his body refused to move.

Marcus wiped the blood from the corner of his own mouth before picking up his sword once more and walked slowly to where he lied down.

Each footstep echoed through the silent factory.

He stopped directly in front of Six and slowly raised the sword.

The glowing tip rested against Six’s throat.

Marcus looked down at him coldly.

“Tell me,” he said, his voice devoid of emotion. “Who sent you?”

He pressed the blade slightly deeper against Six’s neck.

“who is the leader of the Construction Company?”

Marcus’ eyes narrowed. “Answer me… and I might spare your life.”

Six lay on the ground, coughing out another mouthful of blood. His entire body trembled violently as he struggled to lift his head. Staring at Marcus with disbelief, he spat onto the floor before forcing out a bitter laugh.

“Fuck… who the hell are you?” he growled. “Why are you so powerful? I… I have never been defeated

before.”

Marcus slowly walked toward him until he was standing directly over him. His expression remained cold

as he looked down at the defeated cultivator.

“I am the son of Mr. Langstone,” Marcus said calmly. “The man you people murdered. His biological son.”

Six’s eyes instantly widened.

“What the fuck?” he blurted out. “Mr. Langstone never had a son. That’s impossible.”

Marcus looked at him without the slightest change in expression. “Well,” he replied, “he did.”

He lowered his gaze slightly before continuing, “Now answer my question. Who sent you? And who is the leader of the Construction Company?”

Six laughed weakly despite the blood flowing from the corner of his mouth.
