The mountain breeze whipped through the half-open window, tossing Maloney's hair into wild disarray.

He slammed the brakes at the summit.

The view outside the window was breathtaking, but Maloney had no interest in the scenery. He took a deep breath, his sharp gaze locking onto the crumpled divorce agreement sitting on the passenger seat.
