"Trust me, once Maddie comes home, you'll be the hardest one to book," Nora predicted. "Once you're out of recovery and buried in your new company's operations, I bet you won't even reply to the group chat."

"No way," Cassidy instantly denied. "I'm not a workaholic, and I've already achieved my life goals. I'm only starting this business as an extra safety net. Even if it fails, I still have my Quincy Corporation shares. Bridget and I are practically sisters now; I can always go back to being Director Quinn."

"Give me a break." Nora shot her a look. "When you actually set your mind to something, you never allow yourself to fail. We'd better cherish this free time while we can."
