The Extraordinary Bride Of The Wyndham Family (Isla and Gabriel) novel Chapter 227

Day by day, weeks passed. Weeks turned into months, and the months slipped by like smoke, fading quietly into the air. Before anyone noticed, years had gone by.

Life finally settled.

For Gabriel and Isla, everything took a new and beautiful shape. They built a real home together, not just a house, but a place filled with warmth, trust, and love. Their relationship grew deeper with time. There were no enemies hiding anymore. Or so they thought. No threats waiting to tear them apart. Love filled their days, and peace guarded their nights.

The same peace found its way back into the Wyndham family.

The wounds from the past slowly healed. Old pain no longer controlled them. The family, once broken by loss and betrayal, finally found calm and balance again.

John’s children had all chosen their own paths. Each of them walked forward, living the lives they truly wanted.

Uriel finally reunited with his family, just as he had always wished. He married Sarah in a quiet, simple wedding, far from noise and attention. He wanted peace, and that was exactly what he got. Like Landon, he owned two of the most expensive clubs in the Nether Kingdom, and business was good. Life was good.Carl followed his heart as well. He built his own film agency and was already working on a full movie village.

He never wavered. He stayed true to his passion. Still, he remained single, content with his choices.

Landon and Mia now lived at the Wyndham residence.

They owned a beautiful penthouse, and their family was complete. Love, and stability filled their home.

As for Gabriel, life made him even busier. The Wyndham businesses grew larger and stronger, spreading into new territories. He traveled often, and most times, he traveled alone. Yet no matter how far he went, his heart always remained at home.

Isla also reached her dream.

She finally launched her jewelry company, and it became a huge success. I & A Atelier quickly gained recognition and admiration. Betsy remained the manager, just as she always had been. Together, they built something strong and lasting.

Everyone had their own share of happiness at last.

The triplets grew well and healthy. With time, Isla began to understand her children more deeply. They were not one soul in three bodies. They were three different individuals, each with their own thoughts, feelings, and interests.

Aurelian Wyndham stood apart. At just seven years old, he was calm, quiet, and distant.

His cold nature made people uneasy. Even adülts felt uncomfortable around him. He did not talk much, and he never felt the need to explain himself.

His behavior was far too mature for his age.

He carried himself like someone older, someone above others, demanding respect without ever asking for it. A simple look from him was enough to make people step back.

These days, Isla watched him more closely.

As his mother, she knew it was her responsibility to understand him better than anyone else ever could.

His siblings were the opposite. They were soft, charming, and playful. They laughed easily, loved games, and were kind to everyone around them.

But Aurelian was different.

While the other two watched cartoons or played games, Aurelian preferred standing by the floor-to-ceiling window in his room. He would watch the movements of everyone below, his sharp eyes observing quietly, like a silent guard.

That was why Isla was not surprised when the school called.

Today, she had been asked to come because Aurelian had caused trouble again. She sat in the head mistress’s office, calm and alert.

Another parent sat beside her, visibly upset. Three children were seated on the sofa by the side of the office.

One of them was Aurelian.

He sat stiffly beside a young girl, his posture protective and possessive, his eyes cold and watchful.

Another boy sat a little distance away, pressing a tissue to his nose. Blood stained the white cloth.

Isla took one look and understood everything without being told.

Aurelian had struck again.

“I am sorry to call you here, Mrs. Wyndham,” the head mistress began carefully. “But as you can see, Aurelian hit another student, and it caused a nosebleed.”

Isla remained silent, listening.

“If Aurelian had apologized,” the head mistress continued,

“you wouldn’t be here today. Please, can you speak to your son?”

Before Isla could respond, the other woman suddenly stood up.

“I can’t believe this,” she snapped. “That boy should be expelled immediately. He is a bully, and behavior like this should never be tolerated in this school.”Isla turned sharply.

Her eyes hardened as she stared at the woman.

“Excuse me,” Ista said firmly. “That was a very cruel thing to say, don’t you think?”

She did not raise her voice, but every word carried weight.

“And if I may,” she continued, “my son is not a bully. There-must be a reason for his actions. If he refused to apologize, then there is a reason for that as well.”

Her words shut the woman up completely.

Ista leaned back slightly, her gaze shifting to Aurelian.

Aurelian slowly stood up.

The headmistress gasped softly. She hadn’t expected him to’respond at all.

“Mom,” Aurelian said, his voice steady, “I am sorry | hit Damian. But he is a bully.”

Mrs. Townsend opened her mouth to speak, but the headmistress quickly shook her head, stopping her.

Isla nodded once. “Why is he a bully?” she asked gently.

“He hit Jasmine on her head,” Aurelian replied. “With his ruler.”

Gasps filled the room.

“Continue,” Isla said quietly.

“I only hit him back,” Aurelian added calmly, “so he wouldn’t do it again.”With that, he sat back down, as if the matter was already settled in his mind.

“Damian?” Mrs. Townsend turned sharply to her son. “Did you hit the girl with your ruler?”

The boy looked down and said nothing.

The headmistress turned to the little girl. “Jasmine, dear,” she asked kindly, “did Damian hit you?”

The little girl nodded quickly. “Yes, Miss Paul,” she said innocently. “He hit my head.”

Then she pouted and added, “But my boyfriend hit him back.”

The room went silent. All eyes widened.

Isla froze in her seat.

Boyfriend?

Before she could even process it, Aurelian spoke.

“I told you to stop calling me that,” he said coldly. “I am not anyone’s boyfriend.”

Isla pressed her lips together, fighting the sudden urge to laugh.

What exactly was happening here?
