The Genius Ex-Wife’s Revenge Portfolio novel Chapter 592

Jace hadn’t come looking for her, so Lilly decided to find him herself.

If he wasn’t going to take the first step, she would. No big deal.

She headed straight to the casino and stopped one of the guys at the entrance. “Hey, is Jace around?”

He looked her up and down and grinned. “Another pretty girl asking for Jace. Sorry, sweetheart, he’s not here today.”

Lilly tried to keep her voice steady. “Do you know where he went?”

“Our Jace took the boss’ daughter out to the bar tonight. They’re out having fun.”

The boss’s daughter? Did he mean Lilian, the gorgeous girl with the killer curves?

Jace went to a bar… with Lilian?

The guy noticed the disappointment on Lilly’s face and laughed. “You like Jace, don’t you? Give up. He’s already got a girlfriend.”

Lilly felt her breath catch. “What do you mean? Jace is seeing someone?”

“Yeah, everyone knows. He and Lillian are official now.”

Her stomach dropped. Jace and Lilian? Together?

No wonder he hadn’t come to see her. He wasn’t interested anymore. He already had someone.

So where did that leave her?

Lilly didn’t waste another second. She needed to see for herself. She hurried straight to the bar.

It didn’t take long to spot him. Jace was in a VIP booth, stretched out on a sofa, looking annoyingly good in a crisp white shirt that showed off his toned body. His buzz cut and sharp jawline made him impossible to miss. Usually, he wore black. She’d never seen him in white before. It suited him way too well.

The bar was mostly empty, reserved just for Jace’s party. He was surrounded by a bunch of tough guys, with Lilian right next to him, practically glowing.

Someone offered Jace a cigarette. “Here, Jace, smoke with us.”

A guy in the booth laughed. “Jace, if you can’t smoke, you have to drink. Lilian, let him have a drink with you.”

“Yeah, you two should do a special toast. Arms linked, like a couple.”

Lilian raised an eyebrow, a playful challenge in her eyes. “Sure, a toast.”

Someone poured the drinks, and Jace and Lilian linked arms, holding their glasses together.

Everyone clapped and cheered as Lilian gazed up at Jace. “After this drink, I’m all yours.”

“You’re not married yet. How can you say you’re his already?” someone called out.

Lilian’s feelings were written all over her face. She didn’t hesitate. “I don’t care. After this toast, I’ll belong to you, Jace.”

Jace looked at her with a soft smile. “Alright.”
