Turning her head, Winona feigned confusion. “You told me to make coffee, right?”
“All right. Carry on, then!” At a glance, Finnegan could see Winona's pettiness. He casually waved his hand, showing no signs of urgency or concern.
Winona's red lips quivered.
What she hoped for was that Finnegan would call her over to explain the situation to everyone, thereby regaining some of her dignity.
However, Finnegan acted unpredictably.
B*stard! Winona continued to brew the coffee. However, when she was making coffee, she was taking her sweet time.
Upon seeing that, Shaun and the others couldn't help but feel shocked. How much does she hate Finnegan?
After about ten minutes, Winona finally brought a pot of coffee to Finnegan.
Finnegan gently tapped his fingers on the table. “Pour the coffee for me.”
Winona's expression faltered, her cheeks flushing with heat.
She couldn't help but feel a mix of embarrassment and anger.
Finnegan had completely treated her as if she were a servant.
Moreover, that was done right in front of Shaun and the others, leaving her with no dignity.
Finnegan looked up. “Are you suggesting that I should pour the coffee myself?”
“No need!” Winona gritted her teeth as she picked up the pot and poured a cup for Finnegan.
However, Finnegan casually picked it up, gave it a shake, and then tossed it into the nearby trash bin.
Pissing Winona off even more, Finnegan said, “All right! Share your thoughts on the pricing and distribution of Regenerating Ointment with everyone!”
You b*stard! You absolute b*stard! Cursing inwardly, Winona forcefully suppressed the urge to slap Finnegan. Turning to the crowd, she said, “Regenerating Ointment is a six-star wound medicine. According to the test results, it not only has an extremely significant effect on wound recovery, but it also has certain whitening effects on the skin. This is something that the wound medicines and beauty products currently on the market cannot compare to! However, considering that Regenerating Ointment is a commonly used medication, its pricing must take into account the public's spending capacity. What I mean is that Regenerating Ointment can be adjusted in terms of its drug dosage, dividing it into three price ranges. These ranges cater to high, middle, and low-income groups respectively, and correspond to minor injuries and severe burns.”
When Winona mentioned that, Francesca immediately asked, “Wouldn't such a distinction be questioned as a change in name only? Could it cause resentment among patients?”
Winona replied, “That's why I said we need to adjust the drug dosage of the medicine. The standard-priced ones can only be used for minor injuries, while the more expensive ones can treat burns. Moreover, we can clarify this in advance, so there won't be any issues!”
At that moment, Finnegan's gaze held a touch of admiration. Winona indeed has some ability.
“The pricing will be set according to your method. What about the distribution?” Finnegan said.
Unexpectedly, Winona found herself feeling at ease when Finnegan readily accepted her suggestion.
She then answered, “Once Regenerating Ointment hits the market, it will undoubtedly sweep the wound medicine market and even impact the skin whitening and beauty market. That's a cake worth hundreds of billions each year. Regi Group alone cannot take up such a huge volume, and others won't allow Regi Group to consume such a large piece of the cake. Therefore, I believe that apart from catering to the market needs of Regi Group, we should entrust all responsibilities to our sales agents. This way, we can avoid offending anyone while also significantly reducing our costs and doubling our profits!”
Finnegan asked, “What's the maximum capacity Regi Group can handle?”
Having already conducted the data analysis, Winona replied, “Based on the current production line calculations, Regi Group's self-operated hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies can consume at most thirty percent. Even when combined with our past collaborative clients, the consumption would only reach sixty percent. The production line for Regenerating Ointment would inevitably have to be increased. Otherwise, it wouldn't be able to meet such a vast market demand. Hence, even if we, Regi Group, consumed it all, it wouldn't run out!”
Touching his nose, Finnegan had a rough idea. “Do as you see fit. But before making any decision, it requires the joint signatures of Shaun and the other two.”
That was clearly a constraint imposed on Winona.
Winona was well aware that Finnegan simply did not trust her yet.
However, there was nothing she could do about that. “All right!”
Finnegan then asked, “Tristan Group of the Chomsky family has already been liquidated. Are you planning to enter the real estate industry?”
Shaun nodded and took over the conversation. “The Langdon family and the Miles and Haimowitz families all have relevant resources. We are now also one of the shareholders of Regi Group. Therefore, we believe Regi Group should aim for diversified development and not limit itself to just the medical sector. Of course, we did conduct an analysis. If we take over Tristan Group, we'll have immediately gained several projects, yielding considerable profits!”
There, Hailey saw the coffee beans that Winona had left to steep by the water heater.
In an instant, Hailey understood what was going on. “Winona, you actually dared to toy with Mr. Larkin! You're really bold!”
There was a huge pile of coffee beans.
As a matter of fact, there were enough coffee beans to make ten pots of coffee.
Clearly, Winona was trying to embarrass Finnegan, but Finnegan discovered her plan ahead of time.
Finnegan rose to his feet and walked toward Winona.
Winona, despite the bitterness in her mouth, hastily stepped back and said, “I thought this coffee was mild. I didn't do it on purpose.”
Slap!
Finnegan wouldn't believe Winona's explanation.
He raised his hand and slapped her, sending her sprawling on the ground. He then lifted his right foot and stepped on her, causing Winona to be filled with shame and anger. “In the future, when you call me, be more polite. Be more friendly toward me, and you ought to stop scheming,” he said.
With that, Finnegan leaned down and gently patted her cheek. “You'd better be as docile as a kitten. If you play nice, perhaps I might treat you nicer.”
After that, he stepped over Winona, ignoring the woman's tearful grievances. “Let's go to Jerome Medical Clinic,” he said.
As soon as he arrived at the underground parking lot, Finnegan received a call from Bernice.
It had been several days since they last met. When Finnegan picked up the phone, he teased, “Darling, have you been missing me? This time, I also—”
“Finnegan, hurry to the General Hospital. I just received a call. Something has happened to my grandpa!”
