Quintina rolled her eyes. "Not a chance. Honestly, he reminds me a lot of Mr. Baird—zero emotional intelligence."
And men like that, quite frankly, rarely charmed women in the real world.
"I totally respect his professional skills, but his personal charm... yeah, I'll pass."
Quintina shook her head adamantly, making it painfully clear she had absolutely zero interest.
Vivica, who had been fully prepared to play matchmaker, felt her enthusiasm deflate like a popped balloon.
"Well, that's a shame. I really thought you two had potential."

Joseph and Vivica left the hospital and drove straight to his family's estate.
Since he had already cleared his morning schedule, Joseph figured they might as well have lunch with his parents, deliver the incredible news, and bring Chaim back home.
On the way, Vivica recounted her conversation with Quintina, sounding rather thoroughly disappointed.
Joseph raised an eyebrow, genuinely surprised. "She really didn't see anything in Harvey?"
"Nope... I was pretty shocked too. I mean, Dr. Murphy is a total catch on paper." Vivica pouted, letting out a soft sigh. "I guess it just wasn't meant to be."
Joseph let out a low chuckle.
Vivica turned to look at him. "What's so funny?"
"Nothing. It's just that after you two left the room, Harvey and I actually talked about the exact same thing."
"Really?" Vivica's interest was instantly renewed as she turned fully toward her husband. "What did you guys say? What did he think of Quintina?"
"I told him you were dead set on setting them up and suggested he give it a try," Joseph said casually. "He didn't say yes, but he didn't say no, either."
Vivica didn't reply, simply pulling out her phone and scrolling in silence.
Joseph kept his eyes on the road, his expression calm for a few moments. Then, struck by a sudden thought, a highly calculated, knowing smirk curved his lips.
While stopped at a red light, he grabbed his phone and dialed Harvey's number.
Harvey was clearly in the middle of something, taking his time to finally answer.
"What is it now?"
Joseph didn't waste time with pleasantries. "About what I said earlier—you don't have to worry about it. She's not interested in you anyway."
"Wait, what? Who's not interested in me?" Harvey was in the middle of seeing patients, his mind entirely focused on work, so the comment caught him completely off guard.
Joseph graciously elaborated. "You know how I suggested you give things a shot with Quintina, and you were all hesitant? Relax. She's absolutely not interested in you, so you can stop overthinking it."
