The Last Lycan King Is My Slave novel Chapter 90

Chapter 90

ISIDORA

With a roar, Blaze threw himself at that disgusting bug. Honestly, I thought it was about to turn into a fight to the death, but by the end, I almost felt sorry for the centipede.

If the thing could cry, I think it would have after the beating my furious Blaze gave him.

“Wait!” I shouted when I saw Blaze’s boot planted on his head, crushing him into the ground.

“Wait, Blaze.” I got up with my legs still trembling and approached him carefully.

He looked at me with those golden eyes full of rage, but they softened the second they moved over me.

I had to remind myself again that this wasn’t my mate anymore. He wasn’t the father of the little pup I had invented in my

head.

He was the slave standing beside me now, for reasons I still didn’t understand,

“Can we… can we talk to that thing?” I asked suddenly, because there were still too many questions stuck in my mind.

“Why would you want to talk to this monster?! You almost died because of his tricks. If I hadn’t found you fast enough…!” He stopped himself and kicked him again, drawing a shriek from that strange mouth.

“He” had spoken inside the illusion, but I didn’t think he could do it in the real world anymore.

“I just want to know if those men who kidnapped me are really dead, and if the cave where they held me captive actually

exists…”

When I asked that, the shriek from the huge creature lying limp and pathetic on the ground almost sounded excited.

“A cave? You dreamed about that?” Blaze asked in a strange tone, dodging my eyes.

“Y-yes… I dreamed about strange things…” I murmured, feeling my cheeks heat.

The images of me using that wooden dildo on myself to please him, and him shoving me against every wall, fucking me like a savage, suddenly filled my overheated mind.

“It seems… it seems some of those things were memories from those people’s past. If that cave is real, there might be treasure inside.” I tried to push my mind toward something useful.

Blaze kept looking at me with that intense stare that made me look anywhere but at his face.

“Fine. If you know what my mistress is talking about, take us there. But if you try another trick, I’ll tear your legs off one by

one.”

The centipede’s hard shell trembled from one end to the other.

Blaze lifted his boot and nudged him with another kick.

“Lead us to that cave… Wait.”

He stopped him suddenly when the creature started dragging himself away too fast.

For a second, I was afraid he would run while Blaze walked toward the bushes he had come from.

But the centipede waited obediently. He even looked at me with wet little eyes.

He was obviously innocent!

The poor creature dragged himself through the dark grass, leaving a trail of bitter, regretful tears behind him.

He never should have listened to that stubborn rhino. He should have run from that man the moment he saw him barge into his cave without the slightest fear of death.

Now he didn’t even dare run, because his fear of that wolf was stronger than whatever courage he had left. Who was the monster here?!

His tiny centipede eyes dared to glance back, but the second he caught the dangerous flash of those golden wolf eyes, he I went rigid as a stick.

He hurried up. With a little luck, that woman would keep him busy long enough for him to escape running. Yes, running. because what else were all those legs for?

“Blaze, you’re not hurt, are you? I don’t know how long I was trapped in that illusion….” he heard the female’s soft voice say. “I’m fine, my lady. I reached the cave about an hour later, and when I didn’t find you there, I went out to look for you.”

LIAR

Mr. Centipede wanted to rat him out so badly. He wanted to tell that female, the one he cared about so much, everything.

The first thing that savage wolf had done after cornering him was force him to chase her and trap her in an illusion where the two of them were together.

He had been the real owner of that fantasy, the one pulling the strings and giving the orders!
