As Lexie urged them on and was about to put away the vast sea of flowers to follow Ares into the spatial transporter, the two round–faced beastmen from just now quickly caught up.
“Lex, we’re coming with you. It’s not safe for a female to go to the battlefield alone. We will protect you,” one of them said. Hearing this, Lexie could only agree to let them tag along.
Besides, this snowy region wasn’t exactly safe. What if something happened to them if she left them behind?
When Lexie stepped out of the spatial transporter with Ares and Dory, the first thing that hit her was the sight of blood everywhere.
The snow–capped mountains, once pure white, were now drenched in crimson. The screams of beastmen and the nonstop blasts of explosions filled the air, making Lexie frown deeply.
She glanced around and saw a dozen massive beastmen on the battlefield, struggling to hold back the crazed assault of the Bloodthirsty Beasts.
Those Bloodthirsty Beasts looked like demons straight out of hell, eyes glowing red, drool dripping from their jaws, tearing into anyone in their way.
Seeing the ground soaked in blood, Lexie felt rage and grief hit her hard.
So much blood! How many beastmen had lost their lives to turn the snow this red? And those Bloodthirsty Beasts showed no mercy, slaughtering everything in their path.
Staring at the hellish scene before her, Lexie glanced around, and found everywhere was chaos and carnage.
She didn’t see Austin or Gary anywhere.
Every beastman on the battlefield was in beast form, fighting tooth and claw against the Bloodthirsty Beasts swarming everywhere like a plague.
Every now and then, the air was pierced by the desperate cries of beastmen on the brink of death. Lexie took a deep breath, trying to pull herself together.
She wasn’t here to fall apart. She was here to help these beastmen and take down those Bloodthirsty Beasts.
She glanced at Ares and Dory, her eyes determined and fearless.
“Dory, Ares, I need you both. I have to help Marshal Drake and the others. Nothing can happen to them,‘ she said
Lex, we’ve got your back,” Ares said.
“Lex, as long as we’re here, nothing’s going to happen to you,” Dory added.
As soon as they heard Lexie, Ares and Dory flanked her protectively, making sure nothing could harm her
Standing atop a ridge and gazing down at the battlefield, Lexie released her flower bracelet and gave them a firm warning
“Listen, you can only eat the Bloodthirsty Beasts. The others down there are my friends. Don’t you dare touch them Got it she said, her tone serious.
“If you understand what I’m saying, could you give me a nod?” she added.

She looked at the flowers expectantly.
When she finished it, the flowers nodded at her with surprising seriousness.
60%
“Alright, go on ahead! I’ll use that feather to spawn some more seeds soon. Hopefully they’ll be able to lend a hand too she said.
After she released the flowers, she watched as they shot across the battlefield, ruthlessly cutting down the Bloodthirsty
Beasts.
The flowers seemed almost alive. Just as Lexie had instructed, they only devoured the Bloodthirsty Beasts and never harmed any of the other beastmen.
Seeing this, Lexie finally felt a bit more at ease, but her relief was short–lived as she sensed something was off.
The Bloodthirsty Beasts were everywhere, and the flower trees just couldn’t keep up with the endless tide.
As time passed and the flower trees reached their limit, the Bloodthirsty Beasts seized the chance to strike back. They swarmed forward, their sharp claws ripping into the flower trees‘ branches.
In an instant, the ground was littered with petals and shattered branches.
Watching this, Lexie’s heart leapt into her throat. The flower trees had been torn apart so badly. She couldn’t help but worry if they could survive such brutal damage.
Even though she’d just created them, the flower trees seemed almost like they understood her, and Lexie couldn’t bear to lose them.
Seeing the chaos all around, Lexie hurriedly grabbed another handful of seeds from her storage space.
With time running out, she had no idea what seeds she’d actually grabbed.
All she knew was that she had to use these seeds to grow huge plants to take down the Bloodthirsty Beasts, and protect the people she wanted to keep safe.
One after another, the seeds in her hands sprouted rapidly into giant plants. She told them what to do before she lowered her head and focused on growing the next batch.
Since those Bloodthirsty Beasts wanted to play the numbers game, she’d just flood the battlefield with even more seeds and crush them at their own game.
These Bloodthirsty Beasts were seriously revolting.
