MORGAN POV

When we got back to the packhouse I went to have a shower and Ezra opened the door behind me and he got in the shower as well.

I leaned back against his chest and I felt him lean down and kiss my shoulder.

“I’m sorry.” Ezra said.

“What for?” I asked, confused.

“For not believing you.” He said.

“You have to apologize. I know how far fetched it sounded.” I said.

“Well, now we know that it’s true so we’re gonna get her back.”

“What if she doesn’t want to come back?” I asked.

“Well, we’ll figure something out. I don’t know. We’ll have to make her believe that we’re not what she thinks we are. We’ll have to make her believe that she’s just like us.” He said.

“Easier said than done.” I stated. So he turned me around to face him.

“But we’re gonna get it done. I know you. You would never let this go. Not until you see her.” Ezra said, cupping my cheeks with his hands.

“I never said that we weren’t going to do it. It’s just not gonna be that easy.” I said.

“Yeah. I know.” He said.

We finished showering and we dried off and Ezra got into bed on his side while I was standing at the doorframe of the bathroom watching him while I was still just wearing a towel.

“What?” Ezra asked as he was drying himself off.

He started moving in and out fast, my skin feeling like it was on fire.

It still felt like the first time we ever made love. Even after all these years, we still made each other come alive under each other’s touch.

We were so close to the side of the bed that Ezra stood up and he grabbed my legs and stretched them up onto his shoulders and started pounding into me while he was standing up, watching my naked body move as he thrusted into me.

He let out a low growl as he stared looking down at my naked body before he leaned down and kissed me on the lips.

He then grabbed me by my waist and he pulled out of me for a moment while he rolled me over so I was on my hands and knees and he grabbed a condom from the bedside table and he put it on before he thrusted back inside of me.

I grabbed the blanket on the bed in my grasp and moaned into the blanket.

Ezra ran his hand down the whole length of my back and I started getting a chill down my spine before I felt myself getting closer and closer to the edge.
